Although the hotel is an older one, it was clean and the staff were amazing!! Reception both days were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was super close tk everything we needed. Food and shopping which is great!!! The kitchen staff was helpful and food was delicious 😋 even homemade turnovers that were warm and coming out when we went down for breakfast. The hot tub and pool were a bonus to our stay. We used them when we arrived and before we left!!! We had never stayed in North Bay and will come again and stay if we ever travel your way again!!! Our time here was great, but the only thing I can say that could have made our stay better is if the hot tub jets all worked. Only 3 of the jets worked. But we just shared the jets that worked by rotating turns on them LOL We did have a great time!!!

Fantastic breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff ... named Benjamin. Pool and hot tub area could use some deep cleaning.

A little better snow removal in the parking lot specifically the curb area in front of patio door entrances ... especially because I have mobility issues.

I had my fur baby with me and they gave me a room with a sliding patio door on the first floor. Having easy access to outside made my stay stress free! Being able to take Wiggy for pee breaks/walks quickly was fantastic.

the staff are great..helped me print a form for a patient who needs home care..opening breakfast an hour early as I had to leave at 6.30 am.

although clean.. at some point maybe do a rigorous clean of the wall to wall carpeting or replace.

Everything was perfect The staff was nice The breakfast was surprisingly delicious And the room was comfy Definitely worth the money

The checkout time came to quickly I wish we could've stayed until 3 pm instead of 11 am

The service at front desk was absolutely amazing!!!! And the Housekeeping was very accommodating for us in room 131!!!

The hotel tub was not idk how to say it!

The breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt and cereal. The lady preparing breakfast was very nice and helpful. I had a few questions about ingredients because my daughter has a nut allergy. She was great and went out of her way and got the package for me to read over. Very thoughy. Thank you!

Wish we could have stayed longer and used the pool and hot tub. We were just passing through on our way to Argyle Lake Lodge by Matchewan.

Very accommodating, pleasant and helpful, breakfast in Am was great polite kitchen staff who were dillagent in making sure things were tidy and cleaned up well

Was a little dated ad no elevator.. I was on second floor , have a difficult time walking .. but an attendant at service did take my bags and placed them in my room for me ..I was greatfull...also no adapter or USB ports in the room I stayed ..outlets only so you will need a box charger while you travel
