Nicely renovated

Did not like that they tried to charge us for the morning Breakfast which is free at the Comfort Inns. They tried to tell us that is because we booked through booking.com but have never had that happen before. Will book directly through the chain app next time I guess. It seems like reserving through booking.com is becoming a 3rd rate reservation.

We were very very impressed with the selection for breakfast but another reason for my good impression of the breakfast was the staff. There was a very nice, polite, friendly male staff member greeted us, asked about our stay so far and asked if we wanted milk or cream for our coffees and he even made the Belgian waffles for us after I told him I was having problems making the Belgian waffles on a previous visit to Quality Inn. Note: the woman who was looking after the breakfast in 2022 was not as attentive as this gentleman was. So I made a point to let him know that we greatly appreciated his making us feel welcome and his eagerness to see we had all that we needed. And a special mention to the front desk clerk working on July 17th. She was welcoming and eventhough my checkin was not til 4 (we arrived at 330) she got us in and situated.

There was actually nothing that did not meet my expectations. No suggestions for improvement. It was all good.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. The hotel's location was perfect because it was right in town where you have access to most things.

They could have more breakfast options though.

Breakfast WAS NOT INCLUDED in the Booking.com booking that I paid for. I did not know this. I had no idea that you were selling stripped down service for th lower prices. Will rethink using Booking.com again.

Booking.com cutting services to appear cheaper.

Proximity to the lake side, park and shopping places

No major complaints. Just wish they provided at least some water for the rooms.

Quality Inn Leamington is a lovely & well located hotel and we had a lovely stay. We visited Point Pelee Park which was stunning.

Everything was great, except the first night when renovations were still going on and workers were a little bit noisy. But receptionist was very helpful and kind, I appreciate everything.

For the price I paid, breakfast should be complimentary. Everything was good for the most part. However my feet were black from walking around the room.

Good location and nice staff. The rooms appear recently renovated. Quiet. Good black out blinds.

No pool, but we knew that. Would be nice if the breakfast was included.

Everything was excellent. Location rooms staff were very good.

This is on a personal issue. The bed was just too soft for me. But this is just my preference.
