Great place, friendly and kind staff (especially Phil who went above & beyond by fixing one of the boots and delivering it to my room). The room was comfortable and cozy, breakfast was great & overall a comfortable, welcoming and easy experience. Would absolutely come again.

I would have liked some whipped cream and cut fruit available for the waffles if I was to be *REALLY* picky but honestly those would just be the proverbial cherry on the cake. There was nothing to dislike.

Nice breakfast with reasonable variety of offerings. Area was good but may wish to exchange a number of higher tables & chairs for more traditionsl height depending on age and/or mobiliy of majority of guests at this site. Also, had no issue with plexiglass in place & staff serving guests in hot food serving area, though some guests may think otherwise but feel this is just a minority. A reasonable step in maintaining standards of care & excellence.

Only suggestion: Install second towel rack in bathroom to place hand towels & washcloths used by guests instead of just the single rack for the shower towel. Otherwise, everything first rate & wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend.

The breakfast was very good. It was nice to have options. While the waffle maker wasn’t working, there was still plenty of food available. The staff were very hard-working and friendly.

Would have loved a bit of a cheaper rate for the suite as a rewards member? I had hoped that the website would be the cheapest but it was not. I appreciate when a hotel chain always guarantees that their own website will have the cheapest rate.

I went there with very little expectation, but the moment I walked into the room and saw big two queen beds, sofa, chair and a very clean washroom, I felt pretty good. Best part is, unlike other cheap hotels (Marriot, Hilton...lol), these guys provided good bodywash, moisturizer and shampoo and I certainly impressed as I found similar quality products in 5 to 7 star hotels. Pool is medium size and kids really had fun. Even though we haven't had breakfast, we saw they got some pretty good items to enjoy. Hotel staff was very courteous and we had real good time at this hotel. I certainly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in hundreds of medium to high end hotels but this was the first time they asked me to write down name and age of each person accompanying. They were also curious where I was from and why I am visiting (not a friendly question, but they done it as part of checking in process) which I found very weird.

Perfect location with large parking lot as we were towing trailers we required it. Place was very clean, beds were comfy, front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The warm breakfast was perfect as well and always kept fresh.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The Inn is very clean, everything is newly renovated. Rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. Shower was very good. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was great. Registration was easy.

Everything was good. I found the tap water had an unpleasant taste. I put it in my water bottle. Probably it is not great for drinking. Other than that everything was great.

This hotel was exceptional in every way. When I walked in the room and looked around I thought that this was either a brand new hotel or just completely remodeled. It was spotless and perfect. I could find nothing to find fault with.

Unfortunately, we found that this location was not the best for what we wanted to spend time doing in the area.

Clean and with the good amenities (gym, swimming pool, breakfast) at a reasonable price. When I indicated my dad has mobility needs, the staff gave us a room on the first floor and put a shower chair in the bathroom, which is really nice.

On the second night, I kept hearing foot steps upstairs so I woke up a number of times.

More control over kids during hockey tournaments, and time limits for adults in the pool no kids running wild.And breakfast was packed with teams got no breakfast or pool time....need security on weekends with tournaments to stop kids from running in halls and hanging out in halls..

The breakfast was delicious. There were many choices. The food was hot and yummy. The servers did an excellent job. We were able to have as much as we wanted.EVER
