We try and book a Hampton Inn whenever we are travelling snd this overnight stay did not disappoint. We were travelling back into the Canada during terrential downpours and tornado like conditions. Cassie greeted us with a friendly smile and recommended places to puck up and bring back as weather was still not great. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. King bed was comfortable and bathroom had plenty of towels. Breakfast offered many choices Enjoyed our stay

Hotel is easy to get to from the highway. Very clean. Nice shower. Good breakfast although breakfast room could do with more eating, less lounging space. In the room there were lots of charging ports placed in convenient spots.

Bed was a little soft. Room wasn't comfortable to lounge in. Main chair had no ottoman and wasn't comfy. No sofa so the another guest would need to use the desk chair or bed. TV poorly placed for viewing. Clothing drawers were wire racks so small objects would fall through.

It was fantastic, I've stayed at a lot of hotels and never served a breakfast like that,awesome

Nothing everything was perfect, staff went out of their way to make everything awesome

July 9th.2025 Situated near Highway 401, I was pleased to encounter a friendly and professional reception team at check-in. The entrance and breakfast area on the ground floor feature a tastefully decorated and open concept design. This location in London, Ontario, is highly recommended.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean, plenty of towels and temperature was great. Breakfast was wonderful and offered a great variety (scrambled eggs, sausages, breakfast potatoes, bagels & muffins, oatmeal, waffles, fruit). Something for everyone.

Friendly staff at front desk who immediately signed us up for Hilton Honours, had us in room within 10 minutes. Highly recommend. Great comfy beds a full complimentary breakfast. Breakfast staff to truly showed exceptional respect for guests. Dulce and Elsie great receptionist. Checking out excellent

No issues to bring up. Maybe more lighting in parking lot in case of breakins that are prevalent in London but we had no issues

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to 401 and nearby amenities like White Oaks Mall. The hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious.

The heater in the pool wasn't working and the water was freezing. The hotel tried to remedy the situation with a hot water hose, but it didn't do much. Beds were comfortable enough but very loud and squeaky.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, especially the pillows. The breakfast was fantastic! My son loved the cheesy omelette and waffles. I can't complain about anything. We had a very good experience.

We had a nice stay. I can't think of anything that could have been better. It suited us perfectly and the staff were helpful and friendly.

It was nice that they had a room across from each other so the children could stay in one and we as parents had our own room . The staff was very lovely and caring.

The swimming pool was on the cooler side which was a disappointment to our children.

I love the facility and the staff. Great breakfast in the morning as well. Always clean, rooms were comfortable.

There were baseball tournaments and kids yelling and running up & down the halls. It was not a peaceful experience, and I couldn't utilize the pool for the number of kids.
