This is an excellent value for the money spent. The facility was clean and well-kept. The room was spacious and well-stocked. The hotel itself was quiet and had a calming atmosphere - the bed was located furthest from the door and there was no hall noise (children, door slamming, voices) to be heard. The staff were polite and professional. The breakfast offered an excellent variety and was well looked after.

I have no suggestions for improvement. Everything was excellent.

Location for us was perfect as my family just lived 10 minutes away. Bus stop to square one shopping mall was just across the street and very convenient to IMAX and restaurants. Staff were awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great.

Our room was right by the elevator and ice machine and on the traffic side of the hotel. Between guests coming and going and the constant traffic noise, had a terrible time sleeping and ended up using earplugs. We were guests of this hotel for 3 days and other than this complaint everything else was great.

Late check in and out,breakfast was excellent with quality coffee and fresh everything great location near airport but far enough that you don't hear airport noise. Room was large and clean, with crisp bed sheets .The free parking is a bonus. Our hotel of choice.

Could not find anything wrong with this hotel

The boil eggs should not be serve chill or place in a fridge. It should be place in a warmer, so as to avoid customers from placing them into the microwave.

The Kitchen Staff needs to be more considerate when speaking to Customers, if something goes wrong. They are rude.

Breakfast was amazing especially with different options on different days. Friendly staff always with a smile. Easy check-in.

No gas station nearby, fewer restaurants, maybe a bit inconvenient for people without a Car ...over all Good Experience

We are told we could use electric charging station for car, however very slow charging, it would have taken over 2 days to charge at 80%. Should tell this to client.

It is very clean, convenient location , quiet , parking is free .
