The breakfast was very good… pancakes, bacon, two choices of sausage, plus muffins, toasts, yogurt, cereals, hard boiled eggs… the room I booked did not indicate it had a microwave or fridge in the room (other higher priced rooms did), yet when I arrived, the room did indeed have a microwave and fridge! The hotel does not state it has a washer and dryer for guests to use on site (laundromats are close by) but I discovered when I got there, there is indeed a guest washer and dryer to use!! ($2.00 per load… wash and dry…) room was clean and adequately appointed, with hair drier, iron, ironing board, suitcase rack, toiletries, and coffee/tea maker and supplies. Air conditioner worked well!!

A newer tv would be nice… I like to use my streaming services to watch movies in the evenings… a Netflix capable tv, or a tv I can cast to from my device would be a nice added touch… but this is a minuscule “complaint”… just would be a nice added touch to consider at some point if upgrading ever!! Also, no pool… again, not a big deal, but we do have fun swimming in the evenings… this hotel does not have a pool… we were aware of that though, prior to booking and still decided to book this hotel, so that was a choice we made, to stay at a hotel without a pool… we still had a great time though and kept busy, so may not have even had a chance to utilize a pool, had there been one!! 😀

I came into the hotel, not in a great mood. The young lady behind the counter changed my mood quickly. She was so bubbly and friendly. Her name was Rory, and she deserves a pat on the back for the way she handled customers and customer service. She is an asset to your hotel. The other staff that I had dealings with were all very good and very helpful. It is a very good no frills hotel. It was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the bed comfortable.

Nothing. It was a good 3 day stay.

We were there for one night and everything was pretty perfect. A hearty, tasty breakfast ♥️ — just missing a bit of vegetables to dilute its density 😉. There is coffee and tea in the lobby, and parking is free. Keep in mind that: * they withdraw a $100 CAD deposit with a physical card only — not with contactless payment, *there’s no freezer compartment in the room’s fridge. Overall, it’s a good-quality hotel.

a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

I was given a printed copy of my invoice when requested during my stay 2 weeks ago. When I requested a printed copy last week I was told that I received an emailed invoice through Booking.com. This was true. The only problem is that on Booking.com's invoice it states that their invoice cannot be used for tax purposes. It says that the only invoice acceptable for tax purposes is one issued by the hotel (quality inn).

Breakfast and breakfast staff were great! We were just happy to find a place to stay after the ice knocked out our power! Booked for 2 more nights!!

Long long walk to our room! Husband uses a walker so it was too far to walk! Consequently we left via patio door, drove around and I had to walk back to room to lock patio from inside !! Have no solution to the problem!.,

The breakfast was adequate though I’m not a meat eater so there wasn’t much choice. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean and we weren’t bothered by hallway noise. The hotel is not far from some good restaurants for lunch and dinner so that’s certainly a plus.

The only complaint I have is that the bathroom light was dim, but that’s hardly an issue.

The breakfast was far better than I expected. The patty of egg was just OK but the bacon and sausages were tops. Unexpected and very welcome was the yogurt, range of cereals and an orange (as well as orange juice). I'll book here again mainly because of the quality of the breakfast.

The staff were friendly and efficient, particularly the desk manager. The rooms were clean and tidy, and everything worked properly. A nice variety of items were available at breakfast.

The door noise from other rooms in the hallway was at times excessive, particularly in the rooms closest to the front of the building.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking space. Excellent breakfast. Several restaurants in walking distance.

Hotel is situated on a busy street. Also, overall the hotel is older and could use some work to freshen up and update the facilities.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff helped me when Bookings hadn't updated my arrival date after I'd changed tge dates a week before.

Booking messed up my dates, not the hotel's fault. Hallway carpets need replaced.
