We like the swimming pool area so much. The customer service workers are nice.

The floor was dirty in our room for sure it didn't get mopped. One waitress (tattoos on her arm) was not friendly at all. We saw her 2 times in the restaurant for the morning buffet. We saw her only serving for certain customers and she didn't even bother to look at us. Completely we got zero eye contact from her. I said good morning and she didn't even say anything.

The location was perfect for our stay and in walking distance to the Performing Arts Centre. Front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. I confess that I lacked somewhat in my attention to detail as I thought check in was 3pm. We arrived 2:45 and the room wasn't ready. No fault of theirs and I truly apologize. That being said they were fantastic given that this senior got her time wrong. IT was lovely being on the water.

The garabge in the back was overflowing. While we waited for our room we were invited to have a drink in the restaurant but it was not open.

I like that’s it’s close to the marina, the staff are incredible always! And the breakfasts are always phenomenal

My screen door was completely ripped off it’s tracks and just leaning against the sliding door. There was yellow stains (small but bright) on both beds in the room and something sticky smudged in the wall behind the bed side lamp. The rust coming out of the bathroom door hinges was obviously painted over and then just sort of leaking through

Our meals were very tasty and well-prepared. The staff went above and beyond helping us with their assortment of in-house hot sauces and all of our other requests. We especially enjoyed the unique indoor/outdoor pool, along with the hot tub and sauna.

Breakfast was excellent but the coffee was weak and lacking flavour. Also, the same could be said about the coffee in the room. We would have preferred real coffee cream in the refrigerator as opposed to powdered whitener.

Our view from our room, really comfy beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Really nice waterfront walkway infront of hotel.

$20 for breakfast, a continental breakfast at least should have been complimentary. Hottub was out of commission, so disappointed in that after 4 hour drive there. Also they charged $15 to place a little microwave in our room, which they should not charge for.

Customer service, Rohit was very kind. I signed up for the points program and he was very thorough of its rewards. He smiled and was welcoming from the beginning. We ate dinner at the bar in the restaurant. We had the steak salad and it was amazing. The bartender was also very friendly.

The group of teenagers outside the parking lot door. They asked us to let them in, but we chose to enter from lobby instead. The front end staff has already alerted the local police and were waiting for them to arrive.

Location, view, pool, restaurant, room all ever so,overly - plus the staff particularly gracious. Hosting my refugee friends with two children ages 1 and 3 who’d never been in a pool before was an especial delight. Loved being on the river with amazing balcony views of the Canada Day fireworks.

The breakfast buffet was incredible with many options. We loved that kids eat free. We were really appreciative of the manager accommodating a large group & finding us a place for a celebration. The activities for kids was fun & engaging especially the button making, cookie decorating & karaoke. Highly recommend for a getaway for kids!

Location suited our needs well. Pleasant view from our room over the water.

We ate in the hotel restaurant but were disappointed at the lack of choice for vegetarians. We were not informed on checking in of the $100 per night that would be taken from our credit card.

The March break program was great for the kids. Kids eat free.

This was our 2nd year doing this, 1st year the room beside restaurant was set up with table and chairs for kids and parents to hang out and play. This year was just tables. Wasn't until we asked staff for assistance that it was accommodated.
