Price, location, a lot of restaurants around the motel within a few minutes drive...Cobourg beach (Victoria park) 6 minutes drive away, parking literally in front of the room door, very clean, 2 queen beds, it was perfect for what we needed

It was very clean, but the floor. It LOOKED clean but felt like sand all over, so we just kept our shoes on. Found 2 pills someone must have dropped before, on the side of the bed, confirmed that they didn't broom.

I didn’t like that I didn’t have wifi due to incorrect password . And the room could have been cleaner . The bedding was fresh and clean , but the walls and a chair and ottoman in the room was disgusting . In fact I wouldn’t even put my suitcase on either chair or ottoman let alone sit on it . It was stained and filthy !

Close to highway, easy to get to. Room was very spacious. Short walking distance to restaurants.

Wi fi didn’t work in our room, but it worked if we went outside closer to the office.

Large spacious room and clean. Easy access to the 401. Short drive to the town.

The kitchenette did not have any glasses, cups, dishes or utensils. No coffee machine.

Provide decent TV service..BRUTAL Kleenexx instead of Toilet paper to blow your nose Provide a saftey lock when your in the room not just card pass Provide a REAL bath towel. Not a tea towel to dry with.... Shower pressure EXCELLENT...however Sat firzt day..tepid water at 7 a.m Sunday same time hot..??????

There was no breakfast except at McDonalds. The location was fair as I was visiting friends close by.. I lived in Cobourg for 41 years. The Motel I stayed at was much improved from what it used to be.. There are still 7 or 8 persons living there permanently. I havent' lived in the area for about seven years, so I went back for visitation.The air conditioner was a little too noisey but neccessary

The air conditioner was noisy but necessary. That is not a negative. The bed was comfy and the room was spotless. The toilet was very low but I'm a tall guy. The painting of doorways and baseboards was not done professionally. but to save money was probably accomplished by the owners. No drawback there either. I do my own painting too. But you could tell immediately on arrival the Motel units were older. Not decrepit, just older.

Comfortable seating for reading, watching TV etc.

The bathroom wasnt very clean, lots of built up dirt in corners, fridge was dirty. No outlet in bathroom. Cord for microwave didn't reach the outlet, extension cords work wonders !!!.
