Needed a place to work, due to the power outage. Staff and facilities were great! Only negatives I would point out is that the mattress could definitely use a refresh, and the fridge ended up freezing everything put inside of it (which I let front desk know about).

The breakfast was great!! The lady attending was very accommodating--we had a toddler with us. The front desk staff was good when my key would not work numerous times. and the fellow at the end wanted to look at my complaint.

The towel bar was held on by a thread and fell off when I removed a bath towel.! I wish the curtain went around the patio door--as night arrivals headlights flashed into the room. Could the shower have a liner--so I know if the curtain goes in or out??? I made a water mess on the floor!

Location was convenient. Room and bathroom and halls were clean. Breakfast was well- organized, plenty of choices and area was clean. Staff at front desk and breakfast were friendly, helpful and happy . The call to our room after checking in was very much appreciated.

I liked it all. Only thing I didn't like wasn't the Hotels fault. Full of hockey tournament people and they were loud. Woke me really early with the loud talking, sounded like they were standing right outside door. Otherwise stay was great, second time staying here.

Breakfast was nice, simple, had the proper basics. Area was kept clean and well supplied.

There was a mix-up in the room we were assigned so we had someone else trying to enter our room at 11:15pm, then a staff knocking at our door about 11:30, and our key cards got disabled because of it. Wasn't impressed. We also had to clean a wad of hair out of the tub drain so it would drain while we were showering. That should be maintained better.

We were a couple attending a wedding nearby. Perfect location for us. The room was clean. Easy to access by car and with free parking. Wifi available with no extra cost. Good price/ quality value. I liked how water and coffee was available at all times. It was overall a great stay.

Staff have no customer service skills. Felt like we are asking a favour or bothering them for asking them something instead of them being nice and pleased to serve/ help us. Breakfast was good, however the lady working there seemed annoyed all the time. So much tension. Smiles would do wonders to make guests welcome, special in the arrival and in the morning.

The breakfast was very good and there was no shortage of food.

We would have liked to be on the ground floor as my wife is not to stable on her feet, and I have had both knees replaced and the right one twice , making climbing stairs difficult. but we managed.

Excellent! The breakfast, the accommodations for an extra person, the reception desk employees. The parking lot and the location were just perfect!

The toilet flushes was not working at his best…I mentioned it to the reception desk! I wish there was a list of tv channels to find out where were the French ones…

The breakfast was better than I thought it was going to be, it was very easy to check in and out, and the place was very clean

It was very basic. No frills, just a decent room to stay in for a night. Which means there isn’t anything to dislike, just don’t go in expecting much.

Did not want to eat your breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. Enough towels, supplies. Came up to fix phone problem right away. Enjoyed walk to lake, harbour, Victoria Park. Enjoyed restaurants.
