The Confort Inn is well located and offered a hot breakfast. The staff were attentive and friendly.

The only comment on the breakfast is the bamboo cutlery. If you do not like the feel of the bamboo cutlery, I suggest you bring your own. I am amazed why they cannot offer compostable plastic cutlery. The other issue we had was that the cleaning staff set our HVAC room unit to 28C and the room was actually 33 C. We had to get out of the room and it cooled in about 2.5 hours. The cleaning staff should not modify the setting of the units when they are occupied.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a fairly good selection. The price was the best for the area.

For a hotel less than 10 years old, it looked much older. I guess the brown and beige decor didn't help. There was a vague cigarette smell like an old hotel. There was a burn hole in the duvet, and the tag was melted. There were tiny holes in the cheap vinyl black out curtain. The shower curtain was all ripped at the top, and the drain cap was broken.

We noticed little red ants (hope they were ants) coming from under the shower by the second day The pool was amazing The staff and guests were amazing and super friendly The breakfast was hot and fresh daily The location was super accessable from all directions and the snow and ice was removed swiftly

Staff was friendly. It felt clean. Breakfast was mediocre and very basic but there was sausage. Beds were firmer but very comfortable. Close to 401. Fridge and microwave in room.

The thermostat in our room didnt seem to work. It was cold and set at 18°C and we couldn’t seem to get it to stop blowing cold air. That was really our only complaint other than the price. $250 / night for a 2 star hotel is very expensive but it was family day weekend.

The hotel was very clean. The location was also great. Close to resturants and gas stations.

I was not overly impressed with the front desk woman. I had to ask a queation wifi, and I did hear her negative comment about me asking to the housecleaners sitting waiting to go home. Not impressed!

The room was great. With a king bed and comfortable chair with an ottoman. I stay in many hotels and its surprising how many hotels do not provide and ottoman with the chair to put your legs up after a long day. When I saw that ottoman I was a happy senior!

There was not a mirror above the desk. When my partner is in the washroom I need a secondary area to do my hair and make up so a mirror at the desk area is a bonus.There was a picture (2) above the desk.

The property is easy to find and the room was very clean and comfortable. We really only had any need to interact with the staff at the front desk and we found both the young lady upon checking in and the gentleman upon checking out friendly, courteous and very helpful.

Rooms need upgrading like painting especially bathroom. Rug was badly frayed by bathroom door. Clerk asked if I wanted towels changed for the next morning ...said sure...and wasn't done for me for

Staff were friendly and helpful. They provided extra towels and pillows quickly upon check in.

Not all exit doors outside card entry swiped with room key and had to walk around to the front entrance.

Our room temperature was warm with no air movement. The fan on the heating unit could be turned on but was intermittent. Room temperature stayed at around 22 degrees celcuis which resulted in a poor night sleep for me.
