Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Parking was generous. Bkfst was plentiful. Room size was great and the water pressure in shower was super. Check-out super efficient.

Ice machine out of order on 2nd floor. Absence of room service at hotel. When we got into our room the smell of cleaning product(s) used was still thick and heavy, gave me a head-ache. We arrived early from out of town and explained that to staff at front desk. Instead of inviting us to rest in the bkfst area she said that our room was not ready and to come back at 4. Could have been a bit more polite and suggested something to do in the mean time-loke visit local mall.

The bed was very comfortable, nice sheets, warm room and a great shower.

The rooms are tired looking but to be expected considering the age of the property. I would have liked more variety at breakfast, such as instant porridge. The main thing we didn't like were the pillows. They are all too high, and it would be nice to have two soft and two hard to please both preferences.

Mist of the staff is good. One guy is exceptional. Hrs always bending over backwards to help. Night shift. The day manager lady- is not good at customer service. I couldn't log onto my Booking app. It would open, but Travelodge wouldn't come up. I said.. Look I've been here 3 weeks. I'm exhausted. Can you please just give me the rate of my last booking? She says. It's open. Here's their number. Call them. Soooo annoyed and insulted. She wS cold as ice.

We loved the decor and of course the tub! The bed was actually weirdly super comfy too. We spent two days there and are going back again this week. The most perfect affordable staycation ever!

The only thing I'd like to improve our stay is a mini fridge/microwave. On a romantic getaway, we'd like some amenities for our food and drink.

It’s very convenient for overnight stay during the trip. Nice rooms with all necessary equipment.

It’s in direct proximity of highway, far from any shops or city center. However for traveling and overnight stay it’s rather an advantage.

I liked that they are back to pre covid breakfast and it looks like there is some work going on to update the motel it is in need

That the room I got had burn marks around the sink and the sink was rusty. The furniture looked like it was dirty but it was just been used to long and is out of date I'm hoping that when I return in a few months I'll get a renovate room

The fridge was cold, and the air conditioning actually worked. The breakfast was ok for my husband.

It would be nice if the breakfast contained a couple of safe gluten-free items for Celiac. It would also be nice if the staff even knew what it was.

room size was great and had a fridge and microwave and coffee station check in staff were extremely friendly called down for help with wifi and front desk was very helpful in getting us connected loved the vending machines on each floor with snacks and drinks and not heavily overpriced

didn't like the cold eggs for breakfast would have been nice if they were warm like the sausage and beans were. didn't like that they put a 100 hold on my credit card and it was going to take up to 10 days to see it returned didn't like the housekeepers on our floor, we tried to talk and joke with them and they kind of snubbed us and walked away, maybe someone should remind them that their friendliness determines their tip left in the room for them

The location is good but we were late for breakfast.

Breakfast should be extended to 11am.We got late because we wanted to finish eating and checkout immediately. We didn’got there 10.15am co’s we want to leave from there

The staff was nice. The place was located at a quiet spot. The Breakfast was good but could have been better.

The pool was closed and only learned about it when I got there. Beside the main entrance, a few doors seemed to stay open giving uncontrolled access to the property. The curtains could not be closed.
