Okay place for quick overnight stay if booked for a decent price. Bed was comfortable, coffee maker and fridge in the room, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was decent (eggs, toast, cereal, coffee, juice, etc). This place is right downtown Oshawa but not a huge detour from the highway. Good communication from the front desk and staff were friendly.

Hotel is in need of a bit of an update. The decor / carpet is older and it is easy to hear other guests moving around as well as street noise from outside. There was parking but not a ton of spaces available. Note that a credit card hold is required in case of damages.

The location was perfect for concerts i was seeing at The Biltmore Theatre My room was very clean with lots of fresh towels The staff were all very friendly and helpful

The breakfast needs to be upgraded, I was expecting a bit more than just bread, bagels, apples and muffins. Some juice and some proteins would have been fantastic The halls and room could probably all use a fresh coat of paint, I noticed a lot of peeling paint in the corners of my room

My partner and I had a very nice quiet pleasant experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite and eager to assist you with whatever you might be in need of. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The check in and out time could be earlier as my partner and I arrived at 1130 am that day and were not able to check in till after 3pm. It's difficult to find somewhere to go for three hours when u do not drive your own vehicle.

The room was a good size, good beds, however with very thin walls. The breakfast was good. Very friendly staff.

Very thin walls, we heard a person next room coughing all night and the following morning. We felt bad thinking that it was a very sick person there, but the cough was very disturbing. We were told to park in the back parking lot where there was absolutely no spot for our car. Upon calling the front desk, they directed us to a public garage nearby. We've got a prepaid ticket for it, so no extra cost for us, just the inconvenience to try to squeeze our car in and out the hotel's parking lot, very icy at that time too. I would have liked to be told upfront that we will have to park somewhere else.

Great price, location near the 401, a couple of restaurants nearby, and a bar next door. It was also nicely renovated a while back and still looks modern and is clean, espcially the upper levels. Nice bathroom, good security on the door, polite staff. Have stayed before and will again.

Rundown area for those who care about neighbourhood. We found the front staff are very attentive to who comes and goes. The clean beds seemed new but were a bit stiff for me compared with other hotels, and pillows were poor, I'll bring one of my own next time. If perfectly maintained corridors with no wear and tear are important to you, skip the ground floor.

I like that the room was quiet and the beds were really comfortable. Bed sheets were fresh and clean. We had a working AC and hot shower. Everything that is needed for good rest. Coffee for breakfast was good too. Hotel has free parking and 24 hours front desk which is super convenient. Overall good price/quality correlation.

The breakfast area looks sad. No windows or any decorations that could make it more cozy. Also food choices were poor. Elevator was a bit dirty.

Room was great value for our one night stay and location was perfect for the location we needed to get to. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Could have used a soap shelf in the shower to avoid opening the door multiple times and getting a lot of water on the floor. Breakfast could have included gluten free muffin or bread or hashbrown - some carb.

The door that goes to the basement breakfast area slams very loud and our room was near the lobby. Please fix it.

Room was clean, and was exactly as advertised.

I would of liked to see more options for breakfast. For Example there were no more bananas and just green apples available in regards to fruits. but the muffins and eggs were fantastic

Room really clean for the price, quiet and the staff really friendly. I slept really well.

Shower was leaking but ok after few seconds. Electric outlet on the wall was not screwed but working. The parking is painful to park and to get out, really right when there is other cars all around.
