Breakfast was good, the usual continental breakfast fare, good enough to get you going. Staff was a little bit curt chasing people out at closing time..Room was decent value for money, nothing fancy, but quite adequate. Location was perfect for our purpose, nine minutes from the zoo.

First world problems, no USB charging receptacles and we much prefer Keurig coffee machines in room so we can enjoy our brands of coffee in the morning.

I dont like the fact that im still waiting for my security deposit to be returned to my CC after a month

The staff member on reception was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel was fine, basic and what we expected. Nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of parking available. The waffles at breakfast are good - you cook them yourself so are fresh.

The hot offerings at breakfast were tasteless (eggs, patty, etc).

I loved the room, a big bed and 2 couches. The parking was free, we were late for check in but the staff didnt mind. The room was superrrr clean and honestly really comfy. I overall really loved my visit.

The room for the breakfast was super full so there wasn't space for me to actually eat but thats not really something the hotel can control.

We were pleased with cleanliness & comfort. There was easy access to the property & plenty of parking space which was convenient as we were pulling a small trailer. We appreciated the fridge in our room. Also dog friendly was a necessary option for our 2 small dogs.

I liked that all staff was friendly and helpful. Also that we were accommodated.

There were these beetles that would enter the room if we had the glass door open, but that's nature, nothing to do with how the place is ran.

For the price, the accommodations and breakfast were awesome. The hotel was 30 minutes from the tournament but that worked out OK. Shorter distance for my travel from Ottawa the night before. Doing the trip to and from Pickering to get to the tournament was fine. Not that big a difference from others who booked closer. Not like there was time between games to go back to any hotel, no matter how close.

Slight smell to the room. Not sure if it was smoke or just old room smell. Sheets for the pull-out couch were not in the room. Had to go to front desk to get some. They didn't include a blanket or comforter.

Clean, friendly, and helpful staff. It was along a bus route straight to the University of toronto scarborough campus where I was attending a conference. Stay for 3 days. Spacious rooms. I was on the ground floor.

The breakfast had a lot of choices and was better than expected. Location is perfect, not far from highway and Pickering mall

Although there were many empty rooms on our hall we were put beside a family with young children who sceamed and cried until almost 11 pm. Thankfully they were quiet all night after 11 pm.
