The staff were great, convenient location

*most likely due to the cold weather* but the fob needed to be reset saturday morning when i was coming back to the motel. Was a bit frustrating to have to walk to the other side of the building with my arms full of belongings, due to the card forgetting its programming. * should maybe have a door bell or intercom system at the locked doors, incase it had happened to someone with mobility issues Also, upon arrival the sink was dirty (looks like someone had dumped out an old beverage but didnt rinse the sink after) and there was a peanut on the floor between the two beds, like it hadnt even been swept between guests.

Location was great. Close to the 401 and to our destination. Parking is great. It is a quiet hotel close to shopping and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Motel 6 used to be our go to for budget hotels. The price is WAY too high. Over $400 for a two-night stay at a Motel 6 is ridiculous. Unfortunately, we're traveling with pets, so have very few options. I was happy with everything at this hotel, except for the rate.

the location is great, close to plenty of places. the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and accommodating and wore friendly smiles. Was very pleased and enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back.

the blankets on the bed are very thin but other than that everything was good!

The lady at the front desk that checked us in and out was amazing and super friendly.

At 8am there was a knock on our door and someone wanted to come in and check to see how the room was cleaned the day before and only wanted to check under the bed. Thought that was really strange and should have been done after it was cleaned.

I was only supposed to pay 137.28 that was with tax already included but the guy charged me 159.32 and I didn’t realize it until I checked my bank account contacted the front desk asked to speak to a manager was told to call back at 4:00pm I called back and was told oh you have to send us a email with how much it said you where supposed to be charged and a picture of where it says 159.32 on my bank app after I emailed that in they said oh well we have to see what the owner / other says about being charged the wrong amount

Price was ok, location to restaurants was good, the ladies at the check in desk were amazing... loved their energy. I like the fact you have redone the flooring and taken out the carpeting at the Whitby location... Peterborough needs to get on that change as the carpet has seen better days.

The orange wall colour in the room was a bit much, especially when you tired after a long day. Disappointed there was no fridge for us to put our food in so we lost our meal for the next day - when trying to travel on a budget and your ice packs have already melted this was a bit upsetting. This is the second Motel 6 I have stayed in within the past month and the beds, at both locations, are terrible! The foam eggcrate mattress toppers are awful, when you sit on the bed or try to adjust your sleeping position the bed squeaks, we couldn't adjust the temperature in the room in Whitby (thankfully we could in Peterborough).

Hi we didn’t do breakfast there But overall I always preferred Motel 6 since 2009 I go often for business trips and Motel 6 chain is best in Ontario Stay blessed whole team

Always a great experience staying here. The hotel is located in a convenient location which is helpful if you’re not driving. I’ve had zero issues staying here, the staff are always accommodating.

Nothing not to like.

The room was clean, big, and just great in general.

The only issue was the noise in the hallway. From what I understand, there are people who live there, so that might indicate why things were a little loud at times during the night.

Staff are always accommodating and friendly. The beds are always clean and the room is always tidy. I highly recommend this location to anyone.
