This is my first time writing a review for a hotel... because i would like to thank Manager at the front desk. I changed my reservation last minute and he was very understanding... Great service ,polite ,very attentive to my needs. very supportive for me . He was so professional and so helpful with whatever I needed. Hard to find this kind of person these days in customer service...He was amazing Definitely the best hotel in this area. As usual, I’ll be coming back soon to your establishment because the experience has been always great so far ! Thank you very much

Bed was extremely comfortable, room very clean and great size. Breakfast was reasonable, although once an item was gone, it was not replenished, I.e bread for toast.

One person on the front desk, and it was a Saturday afternoon with multiple guests checking in. We were checking in at 4:15 p.m, and they were still cleaning our room, and some others. The lady on the front desk was lovely, but run off her feet having to check guests in, then make sure the rooms where ready. We finally got to our room just before 5 p.m.

The complimentary breakfast was very good. Good variety. The location was great as we travelled into Toronto. The outside was clean and orderly. Lots of parking spots

Everything was fine and I have no complaints. Staff was friendly. When asked to change towels and get some more Kleenex and toilet paper they were accomodating

The TV wasn't working in the morning. But figured since we were checking out at 11:00 a.m. we wouldn't bother calling about it but it was a little inconvenient because of my kids wanting to watch tv

Location and price

Hot Breakfast buffet was cold at 8 am. Chairs were still on table tops while 3 staff were standing at the counter. Garbage was picked up around 5 am outside our room. Why is that? After all it is a hotel!

We were on motorcycles and like to be able to drive up to the door. The girl that works the front desk at night was fantastic!

No gluten free food at breakfast, hard boiled eggs would be a great addition.

Quiet and convenient. Only stayed for one night. Staff were friendly. Food was good.

It was obvious that deep cleaning had not been done in a while. There was splatter inside the lampshade. But for the $100 I paid... I'm okay with it

Breakfast end time is hard to meet when your on vacation.
