Friendly staff everywhere, exceptional clean hotel. There is a little snack shop besude reception, to purchase a variety of items chips, chocolate, ice cream, pop etc (open 24hrs), plenty of parking. The room was very spacious, extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and soft linen.The shower is accompanied by Dove Scented Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash and Hairdryer. There is a microwave, small fridge, and a pod coffee machine in the room. Breakfast starts at 6 am. There's a room to sit and enjoy their huge variety of hot and cold breakfast items, with plenty of coffee, tea available. Just a comfortable and cozy hotel to stay in, while you're away from home. Breakfast was simple but good . Parking was good. We appreciated having the EV charging station on site. Room was comfortable, accessable shower was good

Our room was behind the 24 fitness centre. Guests would use the facilities at all hours. One night , around 3 am, we thought there was someone throwing their shoes at the wall (thinking that the noise was coming from a guest's room) It was the next dat that we realized that our room (104) backed onto the gymn!

This hotel was clean, comfortable and had a very nice breakfast. We stayed one night and it was very comfortable. THe bds very very comforable with good aric control and plenty of plugs. We would stay again for a 1 night stay.

A couple of minor things could be improved. We had 3 adults on our reservation, but the bathorrom only had 2 towels, not a super big problem, but making sure the room is set for the number of guests is something that makes a difference.

Easy location, with good parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice large bathroom/shower. I would stay again.

I reserved a room with 2 Queen beds prior to date of arrival, but when I checked in just after 3 pm (check in time), they said they didn't have that room for me. They said they "upgraded" me to a suite. Which meant: only one bed (now a king) and a pull out couch. Which isn't an upgrade when it's the same size room but now had less "beds". It was actually a down grade for us. I needed 2 beds as I had an injured child with a leg in a full leg brace with me, who needed her own bed to protect her injury. So, one of us had to end up on an uncomfortable pull out couch, rather than a comfortable bed I had reserved.

Great location off the highway. A few food choices right across the street which was nice. The hotel staff was pleasant. Check in was really quick. Room had lots of lighting and beds are super comfy. Our room faced the road so we could hear a bit of the traffic but we didn't mind it one bit. Breakfast that was included was awesome, one of the best free breakfasts I've seen in a long time. Very clean and tidy also in the sitting area and food area.

We found it odd we didn't have hand soap/bar of soap to wash our hands after using the washroom. Only thing provided, apart from the bottles mounted on the wall inside the shower, was a small bottle of body lotion. Not sure if this is typical or not but hand soap would of been appreciated. Also, the one towel we had looked like our puppy had got too it earlier. It definitely had seen better days, all ripped up and coming undone, but again we laughed about it and didn't let it bother us. Minor things honestly.

Cleanliness. Good size, comfortable room and bed.

Room rate is getting a little pricy. Breakfast coffee is a little too weak, but that’s nic-picking and mentioned only because I hope it will be stronger the next time. The muffin supplier may have changed because the ones that were available during our stay tasted extremely artificial and unhealthy. That wasn’t the case in the past.

We enjoyed the pool. It was warm and fun to swim in. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, cleanliness of the room and proximity to the highway.

Our room was located directly across from the ice machine on the first floor and it was noisy. The LIVE tv option was difficult to navigate.

The location was good next to a bunch of different restaurants. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The gym was well equipped. It felt modern and clean. And if you stay in room 406 than you get a free firework show from your window. Because they do it from the park and it’s in view.

I didn’t know the pool was seasonal. It was not clear upon booking therefore it was closed on Victoria Day weekend. But luckily the weather was cool so we didn’t care.

This hotel was conveniently located with options for dinner right across the street. We booked a suite and a room for our family's stay. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. Overall, the rooms were quiet though there were some "odd" noises at certain times of the early morning.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, but it was OK since it was only for one night. It would have been nice to have an additional duvet tucked away for use on the sofa bed, but with the ability to change the room temperature I wasn't cold.

Property was easy to locate and the floor was straight forward

I think they should upgrade their TV services. I couldn’t watch anything besides some few channel. I think if they can upgrade to add maybe Netflix or prime videos that would be great. I had to pay extra fee to watch a movie where I could have watched the same movie on Netflix for free only if I could log into my account.
