The location was good. It was easy to find and had food near by. The room was good for the amount spent. The staff was helpful, very courteous and friendly. The room was larger then expected. I booked a double queen and got a single queen for the lower rate.

The bathroom was really small and the toilet paper roll was too close to the toilet to make using the bathroom comfortable. The tub has a weird slope to it. The center of the tub made it difficult for me (handicapped) to stand and shower. The heater had a funny somethings burning smell to it after it had been on for 5 mins. It's not carpeted.

Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room. Nice big TV and nice bathroom towels.

Heating is in my control, the most important thing during winter time. Easy access to hwy 401, in a walking distance from the Motel. Shopping facilities all around, and there is a famous I believe it is the subway take out in the Liberty in Motel's confined area.

Only the shower curtain must be replace, it is an old curtain does not match the clean shower room.

Shampoo and conditioner should be in screw top plastic bottles. Those sachets you have presently is difficult to open
