Fabulous service personnel at front desk as well as from a Manager with whom I spoke the day after we checked out. Credit should also be given to the housekeeping staff for a VERY clean and properly stocked room. Good value for the money in this hotel I think is underrated.

Small thing really but there is clearly no or very little security in and around parking areas. There is at least one vehicle which is covered in thick dust near or adjacent to area 1C (not in 1c but across the lawn it is visible in the next lot) and soot. It has clearly been abandoned and parked there for a VERY, very long time. Could be stolen, but it reflects poorly on your hotel. Only other item is we feel you should have more offerings for breakfast. Perhaps, one more restaurant and at more reasonable pricing. We chose to eat elsewhere.

Loved our stay here at the PCR the front staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly made our stay very easy. The room was clean classy and comfortable. Very spacious and for the price you couldn't beat it. Good time of year and week to go. Love the ease of access of travel in and out of hotel. Free parking is great and using an Uber to and from the go is quick and simple. Will be visiting again next time to give money to the casino.

The city snow removal for the area was sub par in my opinion. The hotel property and lots were cleared promptly but the outgoing streets to and from the hotel were not quite as quick. ( Not completely at fault it was a massive storm)

We did not have breakfast, but there are places down in the lobby to get coffees and food. We ate at the Copperhorn Steakhouse for dinner, which was delicious. We went to see a show in the evening and also tried out a few Casino games in the meantime.We were bumped up to a corner suite which was anmazing, at no extra charge as the room we booked was oversold. All in all it was a fun evening out!

Can’t really complain about anything that stood out, other than the pillows were too thick causing my neck to get really sore. They were all very thick so I couldn’t trade out for a lesser filled one. Next time, I would bring my own if I could considering we are fairly local.

$160 a night for the hotel was amazing, will definitely come back if the prices do not go up. The rooms were huge and had everything you needed.

the $7 charge to take money out of the bank machine in the casino. Casino makes enough money, the ATM doesn't need more. Also no place to go for a drink-a bar. The had a few around the casino but they had no servers. Even the sports betting area didn't have someone behind the bar, we had to go to the restaurant we had lunch at in order to get a drink.

The room was large and modern, elevators were always available. the level of cleanliness of the room was above average. all the staff were friendly and helpful. The restauants are in a food court style like a mall, breakfast isn't included and although expensive and served on paper plates with plastic cutlery was very good.

The toilet in the room was extremely low to the floor, I am short and found it low but my husband who is tall felt like he was too low and had difficulty gettig back up. The TV is very poorly set up and there are only a few local cable channels and there isn't a guide to see what is on those stations, the rest of the offerings are streaming and weird cable stations that play old shows and reality TV. For non gamblers this doesn't leave us much to be entertained by.

I love this property. I came about a year ago and was actually excited to have another event in the Oshawa area to be able to come again. One of these days I’d love to come and actually enjoy it for all it’s worth- as it’s usually for a sporting event lol. The beds are great. I slept so good considering it was a busy weekend and I actually was a bit under the weather. The bathrooms are immaculate. I love the showers in the king suites. So wonderful. The facial soap is lovely. I brought mine home with me and am still using it! The food selection in the lobby is so useful. I have never been able to use the pool or sauna on a stay yet but hopefully next time - as I will be coming back.

There is nothing I don’t like about this property! It’s wonderful! I did find the one cleaning lady was rude- I asked her something twice and she completely just ignored me and almost snuffed me off which I found so bizarre. Probably just an insecure woman. Lol. I ended up just taking what I needed off her cart and saying ‘ok?’ After she ignored me. All I wanted was a bar of soap. Otherwise - experience was great lol. I won’t let one rude person ruin my time! Only other thing - not a fan of the tv remotes lol.

Very welcoming , very nice facility and casino . We had a standard king size bed which was very comfortable. We noticed are phone wasn’t working. Manager Sergio very nice and professional handled the situation perfect and made are trip even better, by upgrading us due to phone issue to king corner suite which made are trip and was a very nice comfortable rooms. I would definitely recommend and stay here again for sure! Breakfast at cafe was also very good , casual restaurant inside casino was very good also. Casino security also very professional and welcoming . All around amazing experience.

No much to say at all more positives the negatives .

I did not receive any breakfast but I did like the friendliness of the staff And it was a different experience and I was a big fan of the food court tat was there. It was a new Experience for me and my cousin to go to canada and do the currency exchange At the casino

I did not lthe parking arrangement. It was very confusing, especially for the hotel side of the casino versus the casino. Their pool was very small. Wasn't really able to handle any capacity. More than 7 people. And there was one issue that was kind of out of control, but we had bought alcohol from a liquor store and brought it in to the hotel. But we came in through the casino floor and the floor guard or casino person didn't see that we had alcohol bottles. And we had a big problem with that. But eventually, it was solved after about an hour of talking to management and the casino side and the hotel side. It could have been avoided, but it happened outside of that everything else was really good.

Wesley was so amazing. I love how patient he was and how playful he was with my 3 kids. The front desk had the amazing Xayling(I think that was her name), who was quick on the draw for anything we needed. Honestly, those two persons alone would be all that's needed for me to return to your establishment.

The hotel was a bit far, but it's not that big of a deal or anything.

We loved the show we went to see at this resort (Static X), we loved how clean and comfortable our room was, we enjoyed the casino, but, we did not go to any of the restaurants on site, as they were quite pricey (and it didn't make sense for us as my partner follows a special diet due to health conditions), but I'm sure the restaurants are great.

The price is a bit steep, but, for all the entertainment on site, it may be worth it for some, for us this was a one time only event, and we were travelling to it from 3+ hours away, and not alot left was available in the vicinity of this event so we did ultimately decide to pay the price for convenience, but if it weren't for that, we likely would have picked a more affordable hotel.
