The restaurant attached to the hotel was very welcome news and a late dinner really made us feel better after a day at home with no power during an ice storm. The rooms were comfortable, and the in-room coffee maker the next morning was appreciated and necessary.

It's an odd property, hard to find in the dark, hard to locate the entrance, the parking lot was tight and packed, and it wasn't obvious where the entrance to the underground parking was or that you could drive right up to the sealed door, a little disconcerting if you're new in town and it's late.

The handicap accessibility situation was not handled with care after numerous emails and time spent during checking. We paid for 2 fully accessibility rooms and ended up with one. I was very tired of the handling of the situation that I did not even ask for a refund. Rm 306 was accessibility rooms but 410 and 422 were not. Not very happy because my elderly mom had to come to my room from 422 to 306 to shower everyday.

The carpets in all 3 rooms have stains on them but overall the rooms were clean.

The room was well appointed. Front Desk did their best to accommodate my choice for quiet room away from elevator with a bathtub. The manager granted request for late checkout and was very helpful in assisting me with lobby computer and printing some documents. The breakfast buffet was well above average. There was a fitness room.

Toilet paper was rough, although there were tissues that was fine. Bathtub was a bit short for my long legs . I prefer at least 1 bar of soap in addition to liquid soap. The fitness room needs an adjustable bench. But the above-mentioned issues are minor. There was 1-2 noisy guests in surrounding rooms, but this is not the hotel's fault. In addition I had problem adjusting room temperature. However, as I didn't report these issues to front desk for resolution I can't hold hotel responsible

Hot breakfast has an option for everyone: pancakes, cinnamon rolls, beans, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, etc The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful despite being busy, rooms were immaculately clean and large. They accommodate dogs, a large pool, and small fitness room.

They did not honor my reservation. Perhaps this is standard practice in the hospitality business, but I was extremely disappointed and it added stress to a long travel day. The room I reserved was not available, so they offered me a cot and 2 queen beds. If they rented my room to someone else, I feel they should have compensated me or at least notified me prior to my arrival. I am still waiting for compensation.

Location was great. The hotel was very close to the family we were visiting for Christmas Day. The hotel was pretty new, so the building and facilities were in very good condition. The guest room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast service was both hot and cold and, included a good variety of food choices. Parking at the hotel was easy, and you were given the choice of outdoor or indoor parking.

I have mobility issues so I chose an accessable room. The room was spacious with a bathroom that had a great walk in shower. I appreciated the grab bars in bathroom. loved the restaurant located on the ground floor, can be accessed from the inside of hotel. Casual dining.

The rooms could us an update as they are appearing a little worn and dated.

The bathroom was so clean, equiped with all your needs, well lit

TV was terrible..picture quality was poor. The remote didnt work properly. Couldnt call up info on any shows, and could not get the guide to come up either. Went and got new batteries from the front desk, but did not make any difference. Hardly any channels worked.

Husband found bed comfortable I didn’t find the bed as comfortable as he did :) liked that the breakfast had a larger space and room to sit and I loved that we were able to park in the underground garage

The pillows weren’t the best but I guess I’m used to my own pillow and should bring my own but I’m sure that’s at probably any hotel

Great breakfast. The room was nice and big lots of room. I asked for a walk in shower and it was great. The bed was comfy and the refrigerator worked.

I asked for a ground floor room but didn’t get one… I don’t like elevators.The toilet has an issue flushing you have to flush several times …I had that same issue with previous stays at this hotel in other rooms ..it doesn’t look like this issue has been fixed not sure what that is all about. The tv brightness has to be adjusted which I did but it won’t stay adjusted the picture was too dark …had that issue the last couple of times I stayed here very few stations are available and no tv guide …the guide on the remote doesn’t work.

Unfortunately we only were able to stay one short evening at this hotel. The room was excellent and the facilities looked very good. We were not able to take part in the free breakfast so I cannot give an opinion on that, but the eating area was well laid out.

Parking could be a little better.
