My room was nicely done and comfortable. It was pretty warm outside, so coming into a room with a cool temperature was very refreshing. I liked the location and the facilities were secure. I felt safe there.

Only two things stood out. 1. No vending machines. I needed bottled water and there was none. Had to go outside of the hotel to get some. 2. Not enough tables in the breakfast area. Unfortunately there were a lot of people who were staying at the same time and the lineup for breakfast was significantly long. Otherwise, the breakfast was excellent. Thus, the reason for a 9, instead of a 10.

The King room is truly huge as I could make a full turn of the luggage cart in the entry hallway of the room! The king bed was also huge with no needed interruption from the person beside me. There is a microwave and a fridge with freezer in this room which is always nice and the accessible bathroom was also large. There was a lounge like chair and side tables beside the eating table and a large t.v. platform. Ice machines are on floors 3 and 5 and the swimming pool and workout room were a bonus at no extra cost as well as free parking.

Only unsightly thing was the rusty outline at the base of the toilet where it looks like it was moved and as a female, I never like toilets with that gap in the edge of the seat but c'est ca. The underground parking was somewhat dingy and the smell ran me out of there with my sensitive lungs. The above ground parking lot could be bigger and was pretty full for the weekend but free is free.

The room was clean and spacious. It was well maintained and everything was working. The beds were comfortable and there was also a sofa bed available. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I liked how the food was placed and how it worked. The menu had some varieties: different types of eggs, sausages, breads and cereals. I don't remember having fruits. The hotel has a place for ice. There are a lot of essential commodities in this hotel and it is a great stop for a trip.

It's not much, but I wish the shower was more well equipped. It only had a fixed wall mound shower head and the shower curtain was a bit flimsy, but it had an handle to help people with various condition.

Very clean, comfortable and the continental breakfast was upgraded to the usual muffins and bagels. Eggs, sausages, waffles, etc... All around a good experience for our family.

Nothing against the hotel itself, but more the system used through Booking.com. Although using Booking.com is very convenient, it seems that every time we book through the app, we have a bit of a hard time once we check in. Most common hotel systems seems to lack compatibility with Booking.com. After 15-20 minutes we managed to figure it out, but I highly recommend that once you're done doing the reservation through the app, to contact the Hotel in advance to confirm that they received the information accordingly to avoid the stress once you get there.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was very welcome news and a late dinner really made us feel better after a day at home with no power during an ice storm. The rooms were comfortable, and the in-room coffee maker the next morning was appreciated and necessary.

It's an odd property, hard to find in the dark, hard to locate the entrance, the parking lot was tight and packed, and it wasn't obvious where the entrance to the underground parking was or that you could drive right up to the sealed door, a little disconcerting if you're new in town and it's late.

Staff was exceptionally helpful. My phone was lost and the staff put out a search party. All I could assume was I must have left it on the roof of my car when I removed my bags from the car. They searched floors, scoured the security recordings and wrote notes on the electronic message board to notify me if the phone was found.

It was a very pleasant experience, I was surprised that although prepaying the room before arriving, a large deposit was still required. It was cancelled at checkout.

The handicap accessibility situation was not handled with care after numerous emails and time spent during checking. We paid for 2 fully accessibility rooms and ended up with one. I was very tired of the handling of the situation that I did not even ask for a refund. Rm 306 was accessibility rooms but 410 and 422 were not. Not very happy because my elderly mom had to come to my room from 422 to 306 to shower everyday.

The carpets in all 3 rooms have stains on them but overall the rooms were clean.

The room was well appointed. Front Desk did their best to accommodate my choice for quiet room away from elevator with a bathtub. The manager granted request for late checkout and was very helpful in assisting me with lobby computer and printing some documents. The breakfast buffet was well above average. There was a fitness room.

Toilet paper was rough, although there were tissues that was fine. Bathtub was a bit short for my long legs . I prefer at least 1 bar of soap in addition to liquid soap. The fitness room needs an adjustable bench. But the above-mentioned issues are minor. There was 1-2 noisy guests in surrounding rooms, but this is not the hotel's fault. In addition I had problem adjusting room temperature. However, as I didn't report these issues to front desk for resolution I can't hold hotel responsible

Hot breakfast has an option for everyone: pancakes, cinnamon rolls, beans, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, etc The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful despite being busy, rooms were immaculately clean and large. They accommodate dogs, a large pool, and small fitness room.

They did not honor my reservation. Perhaps this is standard practice in the hospitality business, but I was extremely disappointed and it added stress to a long travel day. The room I reserved was not available, so they offered me a cot and 2 queen beds. If they rented my room to someone else, I feel they should have compensated me or at least notified me prior to my arrival. I am still waiting for compensation.

I have mobility issues so I chose an accessable room. The room was spacious with a bathroom that had a great walk in shower. I appreciated the grab bars in bathroom. loved the restaurant located on the ground floor, can be accessed from the inside of hotel. Casual dining.

The rooms could us an update as they are appearing a little worn and dated.
