It was my first time staying at a "Spark" and was pleasantly surprised by the room and bed. Comfortable, soft sheets. Very clean. Was well rested in the morning to get back on the road. Staff was very helpful (had to ask for gluten free options for breakfast, they did their best to accommodate). Overall, good value for money.

Breakfast: need more options for gluten/lactose intolerant guests.

Bed was extremely comfortable, room very clean and great size. Breakfast was reasonable, although once an item was gone, it was not replenished, I.e bread for toast.

One person on the front desk, and it was a Saturday afternoon with multiple guests checking in. We were checking in at 4:15 p.m, and they were still cleaning our room, and some others. The lady on the front desk was lovely, but run off her feet having to check guests in, then make sure the rooms where ready. We finally got to our room just before 5 p.m.

This is my first time writing a review for a hotel... because i would like to thank Manager at the front desk. I changed my reservation last minute and he was very understanding... Great service ,polite ,very attentive to my needs. very supportive for me . He was so professional and so helpful with whatever I needed. Hard to find this kind of person these days in customer service...He was amazing Definitely the best hotel in this area. As usual, I’ll be coming back soon to your establishment because the experience has been always great so far ! Thank you very much

Clean, comfortable, convenient patio doors, makes it easier to carry luggage in the room, while parking is right in front of each unit. Updated rooms, nicely designed, makes it a great experience!

We were looking for a place closer to Toronto, while the hotel is rather away from GTA

Exceptionally Clean and fresh. Nice welcome for a last minute reservation. We accidentally found this location as all rooms in the area were sold out.

Breakfast was unfortunately all starches. But I understand they are new and developing and selections will improve.

Loved that ground floor had the patio door opening to the parking lot. Very easy to put our luggages in and out of the car. Very clean. Really nice. Breakfast could be improved but not bad. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good location. Very happy with our stay

The location was good which facilities close by. Vishal at the reception was brilliant (one of the best I have seen) .... room was great woth the car parked just outside the room. Good continental breakfast

Hotel ticked all the boxes so nothing tgat we did not like

Everything was fine and I have no complaints. Staff was friendly. When asked to change towels and get some more Kleenex and toilet paper they were accomodating

Great location close to main highway. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Check in was a breeze with very friendly staff. My son and I travel for baseball a lot and we see a lot of hotels, definitely recommend this one.

That we only stayed one night.

We had a fabulous stay. Such a convenient location to the Go Train, which took us into the city with ease. Staff were excellent, rooms clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect.

I can't find any negatives about our stay.
