i liked the layout of the room as it felt very cozy.

I did not like the low rise toilet as I thought this was a newer hotel yet there was a lower toilet in the bathroom. I couldn't find the coffee maker filter holder at first so I went to the front desk to ask for one. 10 minutes later I discovered it in the dishwasher and nothing else in the dishwasher. The breakfast did start as stated at 7 am. The scrambled eggs were congealed, the sausage tasted like paper. The bagel was great as were the potatoes. They should have individual cream cheese and butter servings, not the communal jar.

Location, facilities and staff are top notch Location: just right at the exit. Cant go lost. I booked this hotel because it was the nearest to the zoo (15min drive) and to jollibee ajax (5min) Facilities: we got a king room for my toddler and i. I requested for a room with microwave as we are still on feeding bottles at night time. To my surprise, not only did we get a microwave. We got a full sized fridge and dishwasher. Basic utensils and small appliances are included with our kitchenette. We got a flat stove too. 2pcs of dishwasher soap aswell. They also had a nice small indoor pool which we had all to ourselves during our stay. Not alot had been using it. Pool is not deep, perfect for the little ones to enjoy and for parents who cant swim like me 😅pool is open from 6am-11pm i think. Breakfast was good. They have hot breakfast buffet from 7-10am. Plenty of parking space for free. Which is a great plus for us. Staff: theyre all terrific!! I had mistakenly booked our stay a day in advance and realized and checked lated at night before our initial stay date. Called right away and they were nice enough to change our dates. However i had to pay for whatever is the current prize of the room now. Which was fine coz it was my fault anyways. Reception, breakfast and housekeeping staff ive met were very helpful. I wish i had remembered to get their names to thank them here.

The only thing i didnt like about it is that on our 2nd day. Breakfast ended 15 mins early. I had a toddler that woke up very late and we rushed to get down before 10am cut off. Arrived in the breakfast area exactly 9:45am but everything was cleaned out. However, the staff i talked to was very nice to us when they saw me and my toddler rushing. They went out of their way to get us yogurt and some fruits to take up to our room. Thank you so much to all the kind staff that assisted us.

Location close to where I needed to attend. Easy to find and lots of parking. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Very noisy due to proximity of busy highway and train Maintenance workshop. Included cooked breakfast was a very poor offering and eggs were inedible. Reception staff were there in body but seemed to lack enthusiasm for the job so customer service levels were less than expected.

The breakfast was good and the location was excellent, It was close to everything I needed.

The bathroom needed a little renovation there was mold spots on the tub, and I understand that they were in the process of doing renovations, other than that the room was very nice.

we had chosen this hotel because it was a bit outside of Toronto and therefore not so expensive; to downtown (CN Tower) about 30 minutes by car; directly on the highway, but still quietly located; large, free parking space in front of the hotel; stores and restaurants not far away; we recommend the Italian restaurant Il Fornello on Kingston Road; we enjoyed the breakfast with porcelain dishes! (not least because it is good for the environment)

The front desk service is really good, everyone we spoke with was always polite and patient. We checked in very late (around 11:30) since the hwy 401 was closed due to an accident during the weekend, but staffs were very helpful even we were super late! The studio we stayed has a small living room kitchen with dishwasher and a fridge. The pool is shallow, more for kids. But we had fun with our baby. The location is good and convenient.

We really liked the spacious and clean rooms. The options for breakfast were great for adults but the kids really missed the waffles or pancakes.

We didn’t like blankets on the bed. A real comforter would have been much better.

The check in was a breeze. As soon as we entered the room we were charmed by the cinnamon smell. The room was huge with a complete kitchen and living room. Super clean room, great wi-fi. The building is well kept and the bathroom sparkling clean. We strongly recommended staying there.

Staff was great, location works perfectly and the rooms are big and very well planned. Not to mentioned, probably the best breakfast I ever had

Just wish that the sign were a bit more clearer, coming from the hwy as there is another Hilton hotel close by

Shower didn’t get hot. Breakfast space was good however hot food trays(scrambled eggs, sausage) were empty and not monitored my staff. Only one toaster and the lineup was long. I ended up either a yogurt for breakfast. Disappointed.
