We loved the King suite we had. With the bedroom overlooking the courtyards we didn't have traffic noise, and the bedroom in the suite is situated away from the hallway, so we never heard a sound, despite several sports teams staying in the hotel. The bed was comfy, everything was clean. I was pleased that there were laundry facilities available and the hot breakfast was good. Between that and the kitchenette, we saved some money eating in over the course of our stay. We will stay here again the next time we're in the area.

Not a thing, everything was great!

Lovely breakfast although crowded as there was a hockey tournament in town. A little noise in hallways because of the teams staying. But it ended early enough and nothing a little white noise and earplugs didn’t take care of. Room was comfortable. The windows did a good job of muting the highway noise. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you need a blow dryer bring your own as the one provided was hot and noisy. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Room was very nice. I liked that it had a separate door for the bathroom for the living room and bedroom. The vanity area was super nice. The staff provided me with toiletries that I forgot.

The plug in the bathroom was unscrewed but I was eventually able to fix the next day after my bath. There was no extra bedding provided for the sofa bed. We had to go to the front desk to get an extra blanket because we didn't know how to call the front desk (no number on the phone).

King suite was spacious and provided plenty of space for our family with the second bed and pull out couch. Breakfast was delicious with a fair number of options available. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

The bed in the pull-out couch was uncomfortable. Sheets were on the pull-out bed but we had to go down to reception to request a blanket and pillows.

It was very clean

The front desk staff at night was completely ignorant and rude. I booked this hotel and asked for a bit since it was an option in the booking. When we arrived after our concert I approached the front desk and asked for our cot and her response was “ya we don’t have cots so I can’t give you one” Ummm ok?! Well I would have booked another hotel that accommodated everything I needed if I knew that. So I asked for bedding for pull out couch. She was annoyed that she had to walk 5 feet to a room and threw a blanket at me. No Pillows. No sheets. Just one thin blanket.

For my one next day which is Friday the 13th September it was gorgeous the clerk was very generous to me beautiful welcoming me into the hotel she did a job she helped me out it was awesome I would recommend anyone to stay there and I'm from the Bahamas and I know what good hotel is and this one is a good one thanks again I will be back 🍻✌️

Again for the one next day everything was fine perfect

Everything! The staff in particular were able to answer all my questions and offered little things we needed like utensils and shaving razors, extra toilet paper and clean towels when my stay was extended beyond the original dates.

I wish there were an ATM machine and/or something that breaks up bills into coins, since the laundry facilities were coin operated.

Staff was most accommodating and very pleasant. The room was very spacious and gave us lots of room to sit and sleep. The bed was very comfortable.

The Bedroom TV (Insignia) was unplugged when we arrived. Once plugged in, only one channel was available as the remote control could not operate this TV. Not sure, but perhaps the batteries in the remote should have been replaced.

I am having a great stay here, even extended my stay..staff,friendly and helpful..I love the room,like a mini apt. The only problem,was card keys,not functioning well..even heard this from other people staying here,,but all in all very surprised at the quality of this hotel!

Close to everything… easy accessible from road A nice little treat when we checked in ( a cookie ) Dog friendly although we didnt take our dog

Beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked Breakfast was limited to sausage ( good ), and eggs for hot food ( which were not good at all… who likes powdered eggs!?! )
