The property is located conveniently off the 401. My room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Especially the French vanilla coffee, sausages, and a buttery danish. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. One staff member in particular (a man in his 50s, Rick(?)), made me feel very welcome. Great deal…. breakfast AND parking included in the price.

Second stay here and we Love the breakfast and Coffee machine!! Lots of options and the coffee is better than Tim's!! Great place for the traveller

My recommendation is for the management to take a look at their beds, ours felt like the outer area was hard and normal in the middle of. Perhaps coils have sprung? Our friends reported the dame issue.

The pool area was spotless. The cleaning staff was thorough So nice to see real coffee mugs and silverware at a hotel for a change!!

I prefer a full serve yourself breakfast..it avoids lineups, and seems like a waste of staff time. Not sure what the “plus” is for in Best Western Plus” It was very difficult getting a decaf coffee Beds were a little too hard for my liking

The room was recently decorated and was lovely. Bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows.

Scrambled eggs from powder are horrible. There was no info on how to use the 2, count them, 2 remotes that were necessary to operate the TV. The clock ratio was too complex to operate. The bathroom was cold.

This is not a 5 star hotel, however it was very clean and comfortable with helpful staff. We ended up here with our dog because of the ice storm. It fit our needs and budget. We did not have breakfast however I was very happy to have nice hot water for tea in the breakfast area.

Good spot with affordable pricing while I was at work. Breakfast was good when everything was available. Coffee machine is great for someone on a night shift. Staff were great really overall I have no complaints and will probably stay there again if I come back for work.

The front desk person deserves a raise. She was exceptional. Quite literally the sweetest person to my son. She made sure our stay was great. The breakfast was the BEST hotel breakfast we have had with a customized omlete bar. We enjoyed the pool and a quiet restful sleep. We couldn't ask for more!

If I had to critique anything, the beds are a little on the hard side but we still slept comfortably and the room was really clean and priced fairly.

I arrived late (1 am) and the personnel was great and helpful. Well situated (1 hour from Toronto). Everything was clean, nice room and the breakfast was very good. Only thing that I could say, it was a great value!

Coffee could of been better…

Very clean, upgraded to a beautiful suite on the main floor to accommodate my 87-year-old mother. Front desk woman was great! Wish I had of remembered her name. Bowmanville Ontario July 3-4.

Breakfast was good. Someone cooks your eggs if you like. There’s plenty to eat.

The price charged was $30 more than when I booked the day before. I was too tired at check in time to question it.
