Friendly staff everywhere, exceptional clean hotel. There is a little snack shop besude reception, to purchase a variety of items chips, chocolate, ice cream, pop etc (open 24hrs), plenty of parking. The room was very spacious, extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and soft linen.The shower is accompanied by Dove Scented Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash and Hairdryer. There is a microwave, small fridge, and a pod coffee machine in the room. Breakfast starts at 6 am. There's a room to sit and enjoy their huge variety of hot and cold breakfast items, with plenty of coffee, tea available. Just a comfortable and cozy hotel to stay in, while you're away from home. Breakfast was simple but good . Parking was good. We appreciated having the EV charging station on site. Room was comfortable, accessable shower was good

Our room was behind the 24 fitness centre. Guests would use the facilities at all hours. One night , around 3 am, we thought there was someone throwing their shoes at the wall (thinking that the noise was coming from a guest's room) It was the next dat that we realized that our room (104) backed onto the gymn!

This hotel was clean, comfortable and had a very nice breakfast. We stayed one night and it was very comfortable. THe bds very very comforable with good aric control and plenty of plugs. We would stay again for a 1 night stay.

A couple of minor things could be improved. We had 3 adults on our reservation, but the bathorrom only had 2 towels, not a super big problem, but making sure the room is set for the number of guests is something that makes a difference.

Easy location, with good parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice large bathroom/shower. I would stay again.

I reserved a room with 2 Queen beds prior to date of arrival, but when I checked in just after 3 pm (check in time), they said they didn't have that room for me. They said they "upgraded" me to a suite. Which meant: only one bed (now a king) and a pull out couch. Which isn't an upgrade when it's the same size room but now had less "beds". It was actually a down grade for us. I needed 2 beds as I had an injured child with a leg in a full leg brace with me, who needed her own bed to protect her injury. So, one of us had to end up on an uncomfortable pull out couch, rather than a comfortable bed I had reserved.

Cleanliness. Good size, comfortable room and bed.

Room rate is getting a little pricy. Breakfast coffee is a little too weak, but that’s nic-picking and mentioned only because I hope it will be stronger the next time. The muffin supplier may have changed because the ones that were available during our stay tasted extremely artificial and unhealthy. That wasn’t the case in the past.

We had breakfast there Saturday but not Sunday Morning as we were late coming in from a wedding so slept in this morning and had to then check out. But it was fine Saturday Morning.

It was kind of packed there, maybe a bit more seating room would of been good.

Easy access to 401 and close to Go Train as well as restaurants. Very comfy beds and good overall value for the size of room we had. Breakfast was good.

Shower pressure a bit low but ok overall. Lots of traffic noise, but to be expected for location close to highway.

Great location off the highway. A few food choices right across the street which was nice. The hotel staff was pleasant. Check in was really quick. Room had lots of lighting and beds are super comfy. Our room faced the road so we could hear a bit of the traffic but we didn't mind it one bit. Breakfast that was included was awesome, one of the best free breakfasts I've seen in a long time. Very clean and tidy also in the sitting area and food area.

We found it odd we didn't have hand soap/bar of soap to wash our hands after using the washroom. Only thing provided, apart from the bottles mounted on the wall inside the shower, was a small bottle of body lotion. Not sure if this is typical or not but hand soap would of been appreciated. Also, the one towel we had looked like our puppy had got too it earlier. It definitely had seen better days, all ripped up and coming undone, but again we laughed about it and didn't let it bother us. Minor things honestly.

Got what I paid for. Handy location right next to motorway and trains. Nice wee outdoor pool

Staff was exceptional… kind, helpful and curious! Included breakfast was a bonus. Location was perfect as we caught the GoTrain to attend a concert downtown.

Not sure there was anything we didn’t like… weren’t even there 24 hours.
