Super helpful and efficient check in and communication. From the outside I had not expected the inside. Lovely clean room Sweet kitchen. Loved the bins and things marked for everyone to access if needed. Coffee / tea. Eggs. Bread. Nice touches. Loved the chalk boards and sweet decor in my room. Small bathroom but fantastic shower. Everything a person needs! I’d stay again.

My first time not getting a place to myself. Not sure I like sharing a bathroom but everyone was very respectful and it was super clean. I still felt like I had privacy.

was close to all the sites we wanted to visit - downtown, university etc. good location. Clean and nice space.

We weren’t aware that other people were sharing the basement space, it wasn’t a deal breaker but it would have been nice to have a more private space then just the room.

Our bedroom was very cozy and bright and had everything that we needed. The mattresses and pillows were excellent, very comfortable. The breakfast was funny with wonderbread bread and those cheese slices. But we did toast up a couple slices of bread with jam and made our tea and coffee so that helped get the morning started. The bathroom which is shared with 4 bedrooms was pretty decent, only the tub needs a good scrubbing! The owners were kind and friendly and when jam and coffee needed to be replenished, it was immediately done the next day. Thank you! Your home was a great place to be while we were visiting family!! I do recommend this home while you are in Toronto, for us it was a great location since we had rented ebikes. We had no problem locking up these bikes in the backyard. And just having the possibility to sit in the backyard with your coffee is awesome! Also very cool to have some books on hand, in kitchen, for reading was a great idea! And thank you for having a place to recycle and compost, not just garbage.

Perhaps a few pieces of fruit for breakfast or perhaps a much better bread for toast would have been muchly appreciated. And again, the tub definitely needs a good scrub.

It was very clean. Easy to access with clear instructions provided. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of options provided for snacks and complimentary breakfast options.

I must have misunderstood the listing when it mentioned "upper", i didn't realize it was a basement room. A little far from the usual touristy things so be prepared to pay for rideshares etc.

Great location, friendly staff who happily showed me to my room even though it was supposed to be self check-in (I forgot to read the instructions). Nice private room with a comfortable bed and a nice and easy to use TV

Good location, 5 mins to subway, close to huge park, good neighbourhood, nice room, good bed. Nicely supplied kitchen, lots of breakfast options

Doesn't matter much to me, but the bathroom could use a reno

It's was cute and quiet. No issues with the staff. Very nice and let me check out late.

I like to locate him when the property he was in a great spot to do everything I needed to do
