The room was clean. The breakfast was well-balanced with a variety of tasty choices.

The women's bathroom in the lobby was more than disgusting. Two out of four stalls were out of service, and only one stall had toilet paper in it. The bathroom was in the same condition all weekend. The bathroom in our room had two toilet paper roll holders; one was empty, and the other one only had half of a roll of toilet paper.

I read all of the reviews and I went there with very low expectations. However my bed was brand new my room was clean and the breakfast was amazing it was real food items and they stayed late and open so that I could have a wonderful visit with my mother.

There was nothing that I didn't like. There was an amazing restaurant about a 2 minute walk from the house where I had a wonderful steak lobster dinner for very little money and I found this day to be so much better than what had been written about it on the internet.

The room was clean and quiet. We thought the included breakfast was terrific, scrambled eggs, bacon, delicious hash browns, yogurt, cereal and more.

Although this particular room was clean, the sink did not drain properly. We were offered a different room but declined as we were only staying one night. The pool was closed/ unavailable.

The room was very large and the bathroom had good counter space. The breakfast was very good and had a large variety of food choices. The room was clean and towels and bed linens were in excellent condition.

There were a few exterior doors where the room cards did not grant access to get into the building.

Great hotel room, nice complementary goods such as soap, shampoo/body wash and tea. I ordered food and delivery driver was able to find room easily. The staff were very helpful at the time of arrival. I had a early flight to catch and I enjoyed how close the airport commute was.

As I was checking out, the morning staff member was not so friendly or approachable. I felt like I was intruding on their space/time.

Relatively quiet, very close to airport, some planes can be heard and seen overhead coming into land, but not too bad though. I had a room that had an exit to the outside as well as one into the hallway, a good feature as this is a large hotel, not all rooms have outdoor exits. Glad it was also pet friendly.

Hotel is very dated, feels like late 70's early 80's, not terrible, but could use an upgrade. Parking lot could use some resurfacing and reworking, it is falling apart in places, it could also be better lit up at night, especially areas that are not near the main entrance.

It was clean and simple. Our room was right beside the bar, but we couldn't hear any noise from it at all. The parking outside the room was great. The staff were friendly and polite. The heater in the bathroom was awesome. I wish all hotels had a separate heater for the bathroom.

The rooms could use some updates. The pool was under construction, but I didn't want to use it anyway and I had the information at the time of booking.

Room was good and beds were confy. Staff were extremely helpful.

If you lock the latch from inside and leave the room from another door then the key doesn’t work on either of them. But still the Manager(Tom) came in night and made sure to help as much as he can. Offered free breakfast also as a courtesy for the inconvenience.

The staff was very welcoming and comforting. Gave us a room which was better than when we visited there a week before, which made us understand that the staff matters a lot in customer experience. Except that it was a great experience.

Just the room nearby was making a lot of noise. A post on the hallway about noise at night may reduce this issue. Except that it was a great experience.

I absolutely loved our stay. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Our room was absolutely stunning and spacious with so many fantastic features. The staff are incredibly pleasant. Would certainly stay here every time.
