Staff was positively the friendliest and most professional we have seen in a while . The hotel is clean inside and out . The room was spacious and clean . The beds allowed a great night's sleep . We were literally a block away from where we needed to be , didn't know until we got here . Loved this hotel. The breakfast was awesome, great variety of foods , and staff kept it very well stocked .

The temp of the room seemed to drop over time , did not hold temp .

Wheelchair accessible room was perfectly set up. Roomy enough to easily move around in the wheelchair. Bathroom has proper safety grab bars, roll under sink, appropriate height. Location just off the 401 was easy to find and convenient. Stores and restaurants nearby if needed. Breakfast was delicious and filling. We had an amazing stay and will absolutely stay here again when in the area!

The hand soap/lotion and shampoo/conditioner/body wash are all affixed to the wall which was fine for myself but my mother uses a wheelchair and was unable to reach these things without assistance. Not ideal when toileting or showering.

We loved the pool with slide! The facilities were well-keot and organized. The rooms were quiet. I appreciate that there was a separate function room near the lobby where families travelling together (for sports events, etc.) could hang out.

Breakfast was good but it could use more variety and more dishes , in general.

Location to our venue was great, beds and all bedding were very cozy, the breakfast had a lot of options with "real" eggs, bacon etc. lobby seating was nice and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, front desk, housekeeping and manager, Jen, went above and beyond to help us.

The hockey teams were in and the one had rented the big room downstairs by the pool and going in and out to my car while we went out was hell they were running up and down the hall way getting in your way purposely but other then that it was good

The facilities were excellent, clean, accommodating and well maintained. Friendly staff. The room had everything one would need. Clean, open lobby area with places to sit. Nice hot breakfast. Great pool and water slide!

Nothing to do with the property but some guests started partying with loud music at 1am. Had to call the front desk twice, which the front desk handled swiftly both times.

This place is great value for 6 family members in one suite. We love the pool for the kids and the breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

There is some noise that sounds like a hair dryer that keeps turning on and off that we can heat from the room. I've heard it before and sometimes it keeps me awake. I don't know what it is

The facility was very clean and well kept. The evening and morning staff were very welcoming and seemed to enjoy talking with the visitors. The recommendation for eating dinner at Charles Dickens… an English pub ….was outstanding.

The hotel was located right off highway 401, which was very helpful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, modern and clean. It was very quiet. Appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast is always good with plenty of options.

Dairy-free products are not available so I always have to bring my own. But this is not a big deal. With a dairy allergy I am used to bringing my own dairy products.
