Room was clean and quiet; the bed was heavenly. Early Breakfast at 6am was greatly appreciated before heading off to the airport. Taxi service was excellent; cabbie was parked on the street by the hotel and delivered us within 10 minutes to the airport.

The only disappointment was what appeared to be the only nearby restaurant called Focaccia (a separate business) which was relatively expensive and appeared to be a destination restaurant for lovers of Italian food. The selections were mostly too large for weary travellers arriving from a long overseas flight; my otherwise appetizing salad was doused in vinegar.

The great: very clean, comfortable, spacious, close to the airport, they have a shuttle service (you need to call the hotel to have them call a cab for you and the hotel covers it), and I included breakfast. Was a great, comfortable layover. The only bad: They say post pandemic they had some people that damaged rooms and due to this they don't take debit for the deposit anymore, only credit card. I don't have a CC, so having booked the stay with my husband's card, I brought it with me, and they wouldn't accept that same card for the deposit. They said next time they wouldn't take my debit card. I even offered up our marriage certificate as proof he is my husband, but they still said no since it's not my card. I got an explanation when I asked, but it still irks me a little.

Close to airport, clean, nice room for an overnight stay, breakfast included. Comfortable beds, highly recommend.

They provide a free shuttle, but it's really a taxi. When I called from the baggage pickup, the staff put me on hold and then said the taxi would be at departures gate 8 in 5 minutes. We were still at arrivals, so not knowing the airport, we took longer than 5 minutes to get there, and the taxi was gone. When I called back they said we'd have to pay for a taxi there now, which was $25. I think they should tell you to call when you are at departures as the taxi will be quick and they shouldn't assume you know your way around just to avoid this issue.

I enjoyed the stay very much. The hotel staff was very nice and cooperative. the cleanliness was really nice. It was nice to see they use bed bug covers on all their mattresses. We got the corner room which was slightly bigger than most of the rooms on the second floor.

Walls are thin, and our kids had trouble sleeping due to noise from the hallway and other rooms around us. They should get an elevator for the second floor. It would be nice to have a few more gluten free and vegan options for breakfast.

Nice clean hotel near the airport. They provided a taxi chit instead of a shuttle which was convenient as you could depart at a time suitable to you, not wait for a shuttle. The breakfast buffet was sufficient with fruit, yoghurt , eggs and sausages. There is not much near by for dining if you are coming in in the evening but you can walk to Lafleur's if you are in the mood for hot dogs and poutine.

Our room was right beside the stairs and we could hear people coming and going most of the night.

Bed/pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Room was large and very clean. Breakfast was good with a good variety. Free transport too/from airport.

I wish there was instructions on how to use the free transport from the airport to the hotel. You have to call the hotel - go to door 8 of the departures section of the airport (2nd floor). The description just says there is free transport but not how to use it.

Room was fine. Breakfast was less than expected. The prepared food like bacon was undercooked, the sausages were over cooked. The orange juice was fine. The granola bars were awful. The fruit was fresh and tasty. The airport shuttle was great and the driver helped us with our luggage. Thank you. The airport has too many long walks.

The hotel should have a shuttle service to the airport, the pay a local taxi and you get the service just when you check in and when you check out, if you need to go to the airport one more time, during your stay, you have to pay for it

Good & included continental breakfast, had a laundry machine and dryer on site, staff was super pleasant and helpful.

No elevator for the second story rooms, it would be nice to have a shuttle rather than the one time taxi coupon for cancelled flights and issues that require transportation back and forth from the hotel to the airport.

Nice comfortable hotel, very close to the airport. The free taxi ride from the airport to the hotel is very helpful. The included breakfast was also good.

It seemed overpriced. But this was probably because it was the Friday night of the F1 race weekend. Every hotel was quoting ridiculously high rates for this weekend.
