The room was large and the queen beds were very comfortable. All the amenities were present as advertised. The $14 breakfast was good...you had your choice from a menu. It was worth the extra $3.00 for the eggs Benedict and the included fruit bowl was large and fresh. The salt water indoor pool was lovely...unfortunately the jetted part of the pool was not working. The reception staff were helpful to a degree. But as we were not familiar with Drummondville and we came by train and had no car, it would have helped us if we had been told by the reception staff when we asked about places to go by foot or taxi about the lovely, historic part of Drummondville along Heriot Street with many restaurants, shops and a beautiful park along the river.

The sliding doors which opened from the pool room onto the outdoor terrace were locked. It didn't make sense why the doors were locked when the outdoor terrace had a lovely place to relax on the loungers.

We brought our two little dogs and honestly didn't expect there to be dog bowls and a dog bed provided. We often bring our own stuff, so it was nice to see that when a property accepts dogs, they cater to them too. They also left a poop bag and dog treats in the bowls. Very thoughtful and different from other properties. The room was on the main floor which was nice to be close to the doors to let them out to do their business. The room was clean and met our expectations.

The room was getting a bit cold, but seemed to be an easy fix by changing the thermostat. I guess it is hard to judge this time of season with there being hot days and cold nights.

The suite was clean and had all the amenities. The house coats and spa bath were lovely. The staff were wonderful. The pool was great for the kids. The coffee bar was great and so was the coffee in our rooms. Location was perfect.

We booked a suite and all 3 beds were Murphy beds. They were all uncomfortable. I was under the impression that the room would have 2 normal double beds and an additional Murphy bed. Next time we will likely order a normal room with a cot for our family of 5.

Location good, room clean and spacious. Check in, staff were pleasant. Starbucks and Restraunt on site.

Suggestion only. More signs with English and French would be very helpful. Another suggestion, it would be nice to provide a Coffee machine, possibly in the Lobby area for guests to help themselves/ 24 hrs a day. Many hotels now provide this service.

It was a family of 4 and I got upgraded with no extra charge The room was big and so clean - I love your staff so friendly and glad they spoke English I would definitely give you 5 or more stars The restaurant food was great and hosts was funny sorry I did not take any pics

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was great to have a full kitchenette and the whirlpool tub was awesome. The pool was nice and warm for the kids and they really enjoyed it.

Front desk staff was not overly friendly when we were checking in but all the maintenance and janitorial staff were polite and friendly!

Very clean. We traveled as a family of 6 and you accommodated us in 1 room with three bed at a affordable price. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

The beds mattress was a little hard for the older people in our family.

We like the location. There a lots of restaurants close by to the hotel. We like the cleanliness and they have all amenities that we need.

The shower water changes the temperature from hot to cold like every minute.

Loved the check in and check out. Location of hotel is fantastic. Dining and shopping options very close by and plentiful. Globe Trotter dining was superb with A1 staff.

The room was not Sunday proof. I could hear chatter often in the hall, barking dog, and kids running around screaming. This did not go on after 10 pm...thank goodness. The hallways smell moldy. The room smelled nice
