The entrance finding was a bit confusing. The entrance to the hotel's parking is located on the street right beside the gas station. Then, take a right turn and proceed all the way around. The other entrance was blocked.

The trafficking in Quebec is terrible. It is confusing and poorly organized, even in small towns. I didn't expect to face Manhattan road congestion in the suburbs of Montreal or Quebec City. Looks like clinical idiots manage the city, or they are purposely abusing drivers.

There were quite a few restaurants in the area and one right next door so that was great. We were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk. Very inviting and personable

I prefer a restaurant breakfast and not a help yourself breakfast. Not excited about paper plates and wooden ustensiles but I understand why that is. Did not get proper instructions for the tv or internet; had to go to the front desk again to ask how. Tried dialing 0 no one answered. Fridge in our room made noise all night.

Breakfast was good just busy. The pool and hot tub were great! Room was big and spacious and was more than what i was looking for.

Some staff members were not very friendly. One front desk staff gave us an issue about requesting for towels for the pool and another staff member im guessing is security was giving dirty looks when walking around the hotel, and checking the pool. That was a little off setting

There was a young man at the counter in the morning, who took the time to look up a mechanic's phone number for me, even though he had some guests waiting. He probably saved me about 1000.00 on my mechanic's bill. I will never stay anywhere else in St Jerome but at the Comfort Inn because of this young man's kindness. The pool and jacuzzi were great and the bed was super comfortable. The room was clean. A great stay!

A lot of people at the same time in the cafeteria, we preferred to eat in our room. A good selection of food and choices.

We got waken up at 08:15 am by a very loud drilling noise coming from the room next door, on and off for 15:00 minutes. It was very annoying because we went to bed late.

The pool and jacuzzi was great! Kids loved the pool. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds

The wet smell in the hotel, because of the pool probably. The towels that we used for the pool were wet the second day because we didn't have enough place to hang them in the bathroom. Would be good to get new pool towels every day.

The hotel seems quite recent with big room and everything a short walk distance. I really liked the outdoor hot tub

No drinks allowed by the hot tub and smoking quite the diatance away.

The property is a little older but clean and well kept. Friendly service . Pool was great and kid friendly . Breakfast food had lots of choices and was delicious!

Staff was friendly, premises were always very clean, service was impeccable, pool was the perfect temperature, internet was fast and reliable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Front Desk Elizabeth was awesome, super helpful and genuine

My room the hearer was not working and was quite cold. Elizabeth was very helpful and relocated my room for me without any issues
