The hotel is located on 8, 9 and 10th floor so you will get an amazing view of the beach. The room was big and comfortable. It has great amenities and is clean. The bathtub was huge (even tho we didn't use it, we did appreciate it). Has a CU convenience store just inside the building.

We stayed as 3 people and they kept giving us 2 towels so we had to ask for another one everyday. Room temperature control was a bit difficult and the light controls being next to the bed isn't very logical. It's kinda hard to find the entrance. We used the side entrance on the street where the CU convenience store is located.

JinJu on reception. Was amazing, she went so above and beyond to make my stay welcoming and pleasant. She not only reccomended resturants to dine at, she even printed me off directions, printed pictures of local dishes they were known for (all of which were delicious), and put notes for me in English so I could understand. She also offered me some amazing traditional kimchi to try. She arranged taxis, helped me with any questions I had. Her service was amazing. She is a credit to the team. Also the views from the terrace were great. As a solo female traveller, it was reassuring to have someone so pleasant and kind there, I felt safe at all times. It's also an amazing location to see the drone light show.

The location is great if you are looking for a beach stay. If you are looking to explore more of Busan, it is a bit far out. About a 20 minute walk to the nearest subway station, and then at least 45 mins plus to any "popular" sight seeing spots. But with taxis/ubers etc being so readily available and cheap, it's not difficult to get to where you are going. It's only a 20/30 minute taxi from Busan station.

The hotel was clean and stylish, which made for a comfortable and delightful stay. The room also smelt nice, and the basic amenities were all provided for (ie toiletries, hairdryer, kettle etc). The view from the room was splendid, and I was able to see the beach and ocean. Many restaurants and convenient stalls around which made meals easy to settle. If you are looking for a quieter getaway, this hotel is highly recommended!

While this is not within the control of the hotel, the location can be a little out of the way to the major tourist sites. In addition, if you are traveling by the public transport system, the nearest bus stop is at least 10-15min walk away. Dragging multiple suitcases may be a challenge.

I was holding 2 partial view bedrooms - great location partial view of the bridge and the bay -both rooms were big , big and clean bathroom - bed and pillow very comfy - once I found the check in desk, the staff were friendly and helpful,

I love this hotel however, founding the hotel front desk was awkward (exasperating), the hotel is actually from 9th -11floor, at the door of the elevator does not say that check in is on the 9th floor - there should be more detail on the first floor - in any other language - it only say the name of the hotel in KOREAN- even with the translator, there was not indication of check in floor. I almost return to Seoul - I have to ask 5 people to finally get to front desk, if the hotel can't add more information or detail at the Elevator door - the seller or vendor of the rooms should add the check in detail -

Coming from America, the value is quite good given the location on the beach. Expect a room size to be like a NYC hotel room. The breakfast for $15k was reasonable for the amount included in their buffet and nice lobby setting. Look for the MegaCoffee at the bottom of the building. This is the building for this particular H Avenue Hotel. When you face the MegaCoffee, go to the right of the building to find the building entrance; take the elevator. The other hotel in this building is Gray 193. If you don't see this hotel on the elevator, then you're in the wrong H Avenue hotel building. Unlike America, each hotel is 2-3 floors of a building.

Finding the entrance was initially confusing because it next door to another building with an H Avenue hotel. I knew from reviews that it'd be confusing to find but they didn't mention 2 H hotels next door.

The floor to ceiling windows provided a picture frame of the Bridge . The bathroom was big and very clean - The bed was comfortable and AC worked. A lot of restaurant -Dessert And Coffee Shop next to the building - once I find the hotel it was very easy check in -the staff was very nice -

It was difficult to find the hotel, The hotel reception is on 9 floor - The sign of this hotel at the elevator door is in Korean only- and it say H Hotel - just like the other property which is next door - it should say the H hotel Gwangalli - a little change on description of property will be very helpful and clear - like entrance on 42 -Gwanganhaebyeon-ro - reception on 9th floor -

Perfect location. Spacious bedroom and bath. Clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff were fantastic. We didn’t know how to turn on the air in our room, and one lady showed us how to use the remote. She was so kind. So thankful. There is a convenience store and coffee cafe on the ground level. Great to pick up some quick snacks and breakfast before tours.

It would have been nice to have a full length mirror.

We walked into the room and were absolutely floored by the view. The floor to ceiling windows were the highlight of the stay. The bathroom was also very nice! The beds were comfy and AC worked well. The location was to die for, near so much good food, shopping, and attractions. Plus the price was really great for the value. Highly Highly recommend.

Only thing that was slightly off was that they sent the confirmation message all in korean, I was travelling with someone who was korean so it helped but if I wasn't then it would have been difficult to find the right place and check-in.

We had a corner room with large corner windows on two corners - the views of the beach and promenade were just brilliant. It was kind of odd that the hotel only takes up about 3 or 4 floors on the mid level of the building but that must be 'a thing' in SKorea and initially we had a little trouble locating it. The staff at this hotel were just wonderful and were very helpful when my wife left her wallet/money in the safe - which we discovered after departing SKorea.

Best value ! Amazing view and amazing price. Easy beach access. Only 1 min from beach. We didnt use breakfast, but there was great breakfast terrace. But there are not many breakfast spots or cafes around which open at 8 for breakfast. so recommend to book breakfast at the hotel. Also recommend no to take bus from Busan station. Very exhausting with so much lugagge :D Recommend a taxi. Anyhow I would definitley come back again.
