The staff were freindly and overall the room is clean and tidy. There's also a nice rooftop area you can enjoy. A bit far from all the tourist areas in Seoul, but the area is pretty well connected with subway and buses. The area is quiet so you can get a good night's rest.

Some minor details in terms of upkeep and cleanliness. There was water from melted ice in the refrigerator and a little bit of dust on the table. But everything else was clean and tidy.

The bed was comfy. We were located at the back of the hotel so it was very quiet. The toilet facilities was cool and the bathroom was big. The location to subway was convenient.

The cleaning in general was very good, however, the wooden decor top of the bed was dusty. We were staying back in December. Although it was not very cold, the floor heating was working as its highest. Bare in mind, you cannot control it from the room, you need to contact the reception to turn it off. The room can still be hot if the other rooms have the floor heating on. In that case, I suggest you to open the window. Maybe we were in the middle of winter, A/C’s cooling function was not working.

The room was really good value for money. Everything was super clean and comfy and they didn't fix the ac to a certain temperature! I feel horrible since I had had one too many drinks when I arrived, but the staff were really accommodating! It was a good stay!

Wonderful hotel with comfortable and beautiful accommodations. Attentive and kind staff. Bathroom with Jaoanese style toilet and bonus to the separate bathtub, a lifesaver after a whole day walking. A little far from the center, but in a very efficient neighborhood. Impeccably clean.

I liked everything.

The staff were very helpful, in particular the young male staff member. The facilities were ok and what you would expect for the price. I loved the bath. You are within walking distance of two trains and not too far (30 min via subway) from Myeongdong for shopping.

The bed is extremely firm. Probably the firmest one we stayed on. The rooms are a little rundown as well.

They were very accommodating with my request to change the dates of my reservation and even refunded me for the days I wasn’t able to stay. The space also met my expectations and beyond. The beddings were very comfortable i haven’t slept that long and good in a very long time. The staff were very helpful as friendly. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

I stayed there three months ago. I was very pleased with the cleanliness, room comfort and hotel layout. We stayed with my friends for the second time. It's a bit far from the city center but close to the metro and bus stops. The roof is super.

Location - it's a lot of local restaurants there and you can feel true Korea, modern design of room, bath, people who working were very polite and friendly

It was some problems with light, sometimes it's turn on and off randomly

The shower sometimes turned cold and the water from the shower will run a bit over into the toilet’s floor
