No kettle in the room , however in the restaurant they help me to get always hot water, I appreciated

The building and the rooms are modern, the balconies not. The rooftop terrace, the pool and the view are top. The gym isn't very spacious but has free weights in it. You have to go everywhere with public transportation as the hotel is not in the city centre, but that is announced. A lot of shops and cafes, restaurants nearby. I would come back.

I was wondering all the time why I had just one chair at the balcony when it's a room for two. There could be more coat hangers and a coffee machine/free water in the room at that price range.

It was an amazing experience at the hotel. Starting from the staff who helped with everything that was needed, through the cleanliness of the room and the hospitality of all the employees. The hotel is located in a perfect place, the neighborhood of Les Cortes, which is ideal and quiet for tourists, there is no noise and crowd. Also Camp Nou is across the street, as is the metro line connecting the airport and the city center. Everything is for a maximum of 20 minutes, there is no time to waste. Huge recommendation.✨✨

Reception team, specially Jorge, are amazing, we had some many questions and doubts about some basics and they guided us perfectly, sometimes having Google is not, you need local support. The location of the hotel and our room view were amazing, all the rest is NH style and standard, great room, bathroom, breakfast, facilities, building …. I’m big fan of NH so I knew what to expect from the very beginning.

It wasn’t very clean and actually our room for our 2 days stay wasn’t visited by the cleaning staff, no problem on that aspect for 2 nights we could survive :)

The staff at the reception was very supportive and friendly. Even so my room was not renovated or very modern or very spacious, I felt very comfortable the whole stay. I did not have breakfast at the hotel but went to bars or coffee shops only 1 min away. There is a supermarket really next door. 5 min walk to the next metro station. Terrace bar 9th floor. Very small pool 10th floor.

Well run hotel with wonderful staff. The room was large and comfortable. Having a metro pass allowed my access to all of Barcelona. The gym on the top floor was nice with enough space and equipment to start my day. The weather was too cold to try the pool, but I imagine it would be great on a hot day.

The cost for a small set of laundry was about 3 times what I was used to paying. They charged by the item rather than weight where a pair of short was the same 11 euros as a pair of dress slacks.

Spotless Clean Spacious room with a view at 10th floor ! Very helpful personnel always with a smile. Nice/quite neighborhood, with metro station nearby at 200 m walking distance. Variety of shops and coffee-shops near hotel. Is an ideal location for exploring Barcelona !

Nothing really, Everything's fine !

The hotel was super nice for the price we paid. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed on the 9th floor and, unexpectedly, had an amazing private terrace outside our room with views of Camp Nou (even though it was under construction). We mainly used taxi to get around, but overall, it was in a great location.

The only negative I have to say is the air conditioning wasn't that strong. It cooled the room to a basic comfort level, but I, personally, would've been more comfortable if it cooled better.

The hotel was a few minutes walk to a subway station and to bus stops so it made it easy to get around using local transportation. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room size was okay and everything was very clean. The AC worked very well. Unfortunately the walls were a bit thin and I had a very noisy neighbor, but for the most part it was a very comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel itself is a little far from some of the main tourist attractions, so if you are short on time that might be an issue. The room was a bit dated (e.g., peeling walls, stains on fabric, shower splash guard not tight so some water leakage) and the bathroom was a little small (could not open the door fully as the door hit the toilet seat).

The staff was polite and always had a fresh glass of water waiting for when we came back from the heat. They also accommodated our wish to be close to the elevator so we could take our puppy out more easily. They also provided a helpful guide of vets, parks, and pet friendly restaurants close to the hotel. The room was on the small side but had a balcony. The location was good. It was very close to a bus stop and a metro station, making it easy to get to more popular areas and attractions pretty easily.

The pet friendly amenities were non-existent. We weren't allowed with our small, well-behaved dog anywhere but our room, so we never saw the pool or gym or anything. Also, other NH hotels provide a doggie bed or something, but nothing was provided here. It seemed like the hotel hadn't been updated recently. The bathroom had some design issues that made it flood whenever we took a shower.
