Liked the friendly cleaning staff especially. Rest of staff were friendly too. Food was very good with lots of choice. Hotel very clean and modern. Spa was nice but quite expensive for treatments.

Absolutely hated the outside music around the pool. Same tracks all day long which were eerie, depressing and annoying tunes. Awful!! Tripped over steel trim around small plot of shrubs walking from main hotel to theatre. Was very dark walking just outside hotel and didn't see it. I had to take taxi to hospital to get stiches in my leg and cut and bruised my arm. Would say more lighting needed in this area.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and we had a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Christina at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful and always wore a warm smile. Her assistance made our check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The food offered at the hotel was delightful, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. We particularly enjoyed the themed dinners that showcased local cuisine. The activities available were also fantastic, providing entertainment for the entire family, from kids to adults. Our accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring we had a restful stay after a day of exploration and fun. Overall, our experience was beyond our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a wonderful getaway!

The "premium" drinks upgrade was not worth it for us so I recommend checking exactly what you are signing up for (no difference to the wine list).

This was my first stay ever at an All Inclusive resort. And I must say, Grand Palladium Palace was a really nice experience. First of all, the location was really good. Only a few minutes from the airport, and situated by the beach (really nice water), this resort is a great option for families with kids. For larger groups this must be perfect. I loved all the different pools. The resort area is easy to get around, and the clientele was relaxed and unpretentious. I had a room with a balcony, and a huge comfy bed. Unfortunately, I forgot that the minibar is free. Room service was very fast.

The food wasn't gastronomic.

Great quality food, better than last year. Proximity to the sea. Bar service very good. Nice pools. Good spacious rooms. Good air con. Good drinks on all inclusive package. Lovely staff across the hotel.

The sports bar food is just average, but other restaurants are much better. You have to pay for sun loungers on the beach.

the noise is too much noisy room opposite to the pool old building to be renovated you can hear any thing from the other rooms or outside you will not able to take a rest or nap or even sleep well !!

The rooms and pool were great, beautiful views. The food was fantastic, so nice and lots of choices. The 24 hour snack bar was a hit and we also tried the mediteranean which was OK. It was a nice walk down the beach, which was really close. The entertainer by the sports bar pool was fun.

Some of the staff were not sure of the menus, I'm not sure if it was a language barrier but one lady in particular was always very confused even when shown the menu. Other groups had noticed this too.

We loved the room, poolside duluxe room after the kind staff upgraded us as we had a problem with our other room. The food was out of this world, absolutely amazing for an all inclusive, lots of flavour, so fresh, especially the salads in the resturant by the beach. The cocktails were lovely, my favorites were the frozen margaritas from the pool bar, and the strawberry mojitos.

We really didn't like the fact that there was no evening music apart from someone either singing or playing guitar for a couple of hours then ut just went dead, just a bit of music from a cd would of been fine but the atmosphere was very bland. That is the only fault we had with this hotel, which really was a big deal as you get dressed up for the evening to have a good time with your family not just go to bed after dinner. If this hotel started playing a bit of music in the evening then we would definitely come back again and again.

Out room AC was not working on day 1 and were asked to shift to another room at 2am, but the issue was not notified by the technician in the reception.. The next day we requested if it could be repaired or another room could be given. They took a while to rectify the issue. The day we were checking out couple of staff tried to entered the room at 9:30am to check if someone had occupied, luckily we were inside the room, it's very surprising that anyone could come to such hotels and felt Lil unsafe.

Room was big and quiet, it was cleanand tidy. We really liked the location. 10 min to airport or city center, directly located on the beach! Food was awesome, and we really liked to spa section of the hotel

Other Facilities were unfortunaly not that clean, like public toilet and hallways within the hotel property. At least not the level of cleanliness that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Although the rooms itself were super tidy and clean. Some restaurant remained closed as it wasnt peak season but for the few open ones to query lines for dinner were quiet long.
