Location - within walking distance of plenty of restaurants/shops/attractions. Breakfasts were outstanding but extra cost. Room was comfortable and had a separate dressing room. Staff were very helpful. Free parking available. 24 hr desk service.

Probably a bit expensive for what you get but seems to be the same all over Alaska. Room on southern side was quite warm in the summer sun. Alleviated to some extent by provision of a portable fan.

You can not beat the location! Room was clean and well laid out. Fairly large bathroom. Breakfast was great. Restaurant staff was outstanding.

No A/C and very noisy street scene all night long made us have to close the window and sweat. Who would have thought we would need A/C in June, but we had hot sunny days all week. Wish the restaurant was open for evening meals and late night snacks.

the location was fabulous. the room was small, but not a problem. Updated and it was very comfortable. If I was in Juneau again, I would stay there. Loved the cafe.

I was charged $200 more than my friends for a one night stay on the way back from our cruise. BUT, the manager was above wonderful and worked with me. He was super and because of that I would definitly refer my friends to this hotel.

The concierge was wonderful and full of good information. She even advised us on activities we had pre-booked to help make them even better (where to sit for best views, what to take along, etc.). The location is also wonderful - close to everything you want to visit in town.

I booked late, but the price was ridiculous. I would be unlikely to stay there in the future and I would never pay this rate again.

We loved the beds and pillows. The room was spacious and had a bunch of big windows. It was clean and even though there was no room service or daily cleaning, the hotel was responsive when we asked for something. The room was conveniently located by the ice machine, the elevator, the stairs. The downstairs Bubble Room had wonderful food. The waitress in the breakfast room was super friendly and efficient. We couldn't beat the location... so close to food and downtown amenities.

The front desk staff was not friendly. When I asked for extra hangers, I was surprised the reaction was rude and negative. They were short staffed, as is every business, but when we asked them for information or help, they did not makes us feel welcome. They actually gave our room to someone else after we checked in, so when I went back up to the room, another family had moved in! It would be nice to have a tub grip in the shower, as it was slippery. Not having a fan or window ventilation in the bathroom lent to either being steamy or stinky. A window that could open would be valuable. For an expensive hotel, the TV was cheap. The room door stuck which made it very loud to get in and out. The general condition of the hotel is run down, and could be freshened up to be just beautiful.

Connected room, the door between both rooms doesn’t isolate the noise at all. The other room was super noisy until 2am and I couldn’t sleep. Had to wake up early in the morning for work

I love the location, close to everything, and was comfortable for me to go out, and explore the beautiful Juneau. It was close to the ships where I normally hop on and hop off for business. Close to restaurants and shops.

There was nothing I did not like, I think I am a easy traveler and for the value for the money it was perfect.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Juneau. It was easy to walk all over downtown. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We had beautiful views from our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and comfortable

Restaurant and bar hours were not late enough.

Breakfast was good. The location is good - among locally owned businesses and away from cruise line jewelry shops.

It's the most we've ever spent for a hotel. It would be nice to find comfortable accommodations that are more affordable.
