Friendly staff and guests - overall a pleasant stay.

I had stayed here before, and parking used to be free - that wasn't an expense I was expecting. There was a few long dark hairs in the sheets, hopefully shed from whomever made the bed! Otherwise it was very clean.

Airport shuttle and very close to the airport!

I was charged an extra 50 dollars to check in before 3:00. I was not informed about this until I arrived.

The location was close to our concert at the Forum. The front desk employee that checked us in was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We had to pay for parking. The room was clean, but spartan. The mattress was not very comfortable

I like the cleanliness and location of the hotel as I want near the airport, and they have their shuttle service free of charge to and from the airport.

Didn't like staff behavior. We were checking to add wxtra night, and she told me to come at checkout time I asked her about availability she said its ok didn't tell me you have to reserve room now ,and when we approached her at the time of checkout, she asked for a higher rate and said you didn't reserve yesterday . Because of this, for one nightbonlh we shifted our room, which lowers the value and does n't have amenities They don'tgive full information to customers. Further some of the staff behaves rudely dont attend the guest politely.

I liked the location and the accessibility to the motel.

1. No stairs!! A. Elevator broke and there was no stairs so lots of people waiting to get to their floors 2. Staff did not know their services and often had contradicting information A. We went for a sport event at SoFi Stadium and staff told us there was a “FREE” shuttle to and from the stadium we just had to wait in the lobby but the shuttle never arrived and the staff later said it was going to be $25 per person. We ended up taking other transportation since it was unclear if there was a shuttle or not at this point. B. No fridge in the room. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room since we had cold items. We ended up having to go to there floors and getting ice and bringing it back to our room to keep stuff cold

The location is amazing, and one of the reasons I use to stay at this property. The other reason was free parking, which is no more- yet, they charge just as much now for rooms as competing chains in the area. They offer free coffee and still allow pets for free- so I will continue to stay with the Motel 6 chain, at least when traveling with a pet. I will have to weigh in the price of parking now when I rate shop. The staff was very friendly, and efficient especially the male that checked me in, almost had me leave a 10 of 10

the $16.50 charge for parking. Only thing I didn't like.

The room was large enough and clean and had plenty of space. There was even a little table and chairs and the room was clean and had everything you needed. The fridge was cold, there was a TV and the bed was really comfortable. I didn't use any facilities particularly but there appeared to be a regular shuttle to the airport for free, there were vending machines in the lobby and the Carpark was reasonably cheap and seemed to be safe. The staff were extremely pleasant and Trenya who checked us in was lovely and kind and radiated positive vibes. She is a credit to the hotel, along with the other staff who were very pleasant on check out day, getting us early in the morning with smiles. It is close to the airport but was not particularly noisy and only about 5 mins drive from the car rental place. There are food options nearby. I would stay here again should I ever visit LA.

I had no negative experiences.

The location from LAX was very good, free shuttle service to the hotel was excellent but our departing flight was scheduled before ehuttle services began so we had to use Uber. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

WiFi was very poor and continually loosing connection, morning shuttle services didn't begin until after our scheduled flight and we had to Uber, not very many choices near by for eating meals. We didn't feel very safe walking after the sun went down due to the homeless people living on the street and drug users on the streets.

The property is great. Staff was great. Everything inside the gated property was fine. It's when you leave the property it gets greasy. Under the 405 under pass is a small homeless population. They didn't bother me but there is no lights underneath that underpass and you have to go underneath the 405 to get to the airport or Beach or anywhere else south of the property. It's when you leave the property it gets bad. I love LA and will still travel to California and hopefully one day live in California, but someone needs to come up with a solution or it's going to get bad real bad real quick worse than it is now which is crazy. Just 10 years ago it wasn't this bad.

What I didn't like has nothing to do with the property.

We came for hard summer music festival and the location was super close to the venue. Easily accessible from the free ways. It was comfortable enough to sleep at, we weren’t there during the day. Security in the parking lot at all times and super friendly.

Our room didn’t have a microwave or fridge and when I called they said I’d have to pay extra to upgrade and call the site I booked through, but they do have a microwave for use in the lobby, and we brought our own ice chest to keep cold waters in. Be aware that this hotel does do day parking (any one can get a parking pass and park there) so if you’re going for an event the parking lot may fill up, thankfully the security guard was great at helping us find/create a parking spot so our car was at the hotel with us at night.
