It’s one of my go to spots when I’m home visiting for a few days. The Location is great next to the Mall in Aventura.. food and more……staff member are very nice and gentle shout out to Kathlina and Jean Pierre they are the best. Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are very specious

He water pressure in the shower. Not a time I have been there for the water pressure to be strong. They need to change or clean the shower heads cause that’s what’s keep the water pressure down. Pool closes way too early for summer time. We can’t be having pools closed so early during this summer heat. I can understand 12-1 am but not 10 pm🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

The rooms were very spacious and bright with lots of space to store clothes. We also had a small seating area outside which was really nice. The bathroom was very clean and spacious, and the Molten Brown bathroom products smelt so good. On Sunday morning there was a violinist playing music while we had breakfast, which was really nice.

The pancakes were sour( we sent it back... chef agreed) and we ordered something else. Oatmeal was not good either. We were promised adjoining rooms, which we did not get, but everything worked out in the end.

The facility was in a great location for shopping and food (upscale which was nice). The hotel property was aesthetically pleasing, clean, and accommodating in many ways. The front desk associate (night staff specifically) assisted us promptly with an issue and rectified the situation expeditiously. We didn’t get her name, but we thank her for helping make our stay great! (Pictures shown were taken by me during our stay in the suite on the 12th floor).

There are honestly no complaints on my end. Everything met my standards and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is better than I expected. I usually don't write reviews for stays, but this one I make a point of doing. Despite the large number of guests, the service is quick and efficient. The room I stayed in was one of the best I’ve ever been in (and I’ve stayed in very expensive hotels), it had everything I needed. I requested a room with a view of Kaseya Center in advance, and they accommodated me, which I thought was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is amazing. I highly recommend it and would stay again!

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The property was well kept. Felt good. The photos are a true reflection of the room and property itself. Wish I had more time to explore the amenities.

The front desk is not on the main floor but on the 7th floor. That is pretty unusual. Bar in the room has some pretty pricey eats and drinks. Some crumbs at the side of the beds. Only discovered this when i had to retrieve my earbud. The other thing is there is a door inside the room to another room. Great for families staying next to each other, not so much for complete strangers. That gives me a bit of an uneasy feeling when I am not sure how safe and secure that is. I would have felt amazing if that was not there.

Top quality furniture and decor; the bedroom has a good size, and it is very well equipped. We also liked the Molton Brown Amenities

We found Hair in places next to the shower and some pieces of food on the ground next to the bed. We were staying in a two-queen bedroom, and they always had only three bath towels instead of four. We had to call asking every night, and on the last night, they never showed up. The Water pressure in the shower is not the best, but it is OK.

Everything was beautiful! The room was perfect and so was the scenery! The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff was so helpful. The pool attendant was very nice and helpful as well. This property was absolutely stunning! I love the fact that it had a restaurant and bar on site and right across the street from aventura mall.

Daily parking fee and no robes or slippers

Late arrival by car and had to make some manoeuvres before understanding that you just drive to the parking hall 3rd floor and take an elevator to the Lobby at 7th floor. Convenient once you understood it. One of the best and most helpful & polite receptionists I've met in any hotel. Not just one of them, but all the staff. Got a high floor room with a city view - fine. Found out that there is Aventura mall just under our window, but still need a car to get there. No problem. Hotel was or looked brand new. Large common areas. Live music in the evenings at lobby-level. Great service at poolside restaurant. The dishes were of high quality, beautifully arranged and refined. The pool area was stylish and in the right direction, so it was worth taking a sunny moment of rest after breakfast. Breakfast was not included to the room rate and it was not of buffet-type, so prepare for queuing. If you need it fast, use the small coffee shop in the lobby. Room was modern and super clean. Coffee machine and silent air conditioning system.

Signs for arrivals, but when you found the garage entry, it was all fine.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was spotless, with the comfiest bed. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The gym and pool area were always clean and never too busy

Minor issue but there was no draft beer on the pumps for the whole 4 night stay.

Loved the location and the aesthetic of the hotel. Smelled nice upon entry. The rooms were modern and clean. Bed comfy. Shower gets really hot, great water pressure.

Don’t like that the balcony isn’t actually private. People can walk right past so you’re stuck keeping the room curtains closed, unless you don’t mind the lack of privacy. Should provide instructions for Nespresso machine. Not a dislike, just a suggestion for guests that may not know how to use it. I have used one so I know but, others might not. Always waiting for an elevator, even in the wee hours of the morning when all are asleep.
