It was in a nice area and it was convenient. I had lots of restaurants and shops around nearby. That was a good thing.

As for the property, we found nothing wrong with the property. It’s one of the desk clerks. We did not have a working TV and he said that he was calling Maintenance, but after was almost 2 hours before we were able to get someone to come in and once they got there, they did they went on and cleared everything up and that was good. I was even told that that the maintenance supervisor was at the door so That let us know that you know they will take care of the situation. We appreciate it that.

I stayed here with my grandson for 3 nights. The pool here is exceptionally big!! We had it all to ourselves. All the staff was very friendly and helpful except for one front desk girl. Love the fact that all the rooms have sliding glass doors and a small patio with two chairs. The continental breakfast was out of this world!

The only thing I would have liked was a microwave in the room. And I had to turn the fridge on to cold after putting all my stuff in it; I woke up the next day to everything being warm. Not sure if they turn it down in every room after check out but it makes sense if they do. Very close to Daytona speedway. About 3 blocks. And ten mins. From Daytona beach boardwalk! I highly recommend this hotel. You won’t regret it! They also were painting the outside when I was there. Looks beautiful.

Comfortable beds, room was clean, facilities were dated, but well maintained. Good breakfast selection 7-10AM & coffee 24/7

Saw 2 larger roaches in the room(door ways) and 3 small water bugs in the bathroom, but we were on the first floor and there was a couple thunderstorms during our 5 day stay…we understand it’s Florida and sometimes bugs get in. No microwaves on premises.

Good location to the theme park, nice staff, clean, decent size of the room. The ladies to serve the breakfast always make things tidy and clean.

Shuttle bus schedule to the theme parks is not going to work if you want to be in the park when the park is open. But it is not bad to take a uber or Lyft due convenient location with extra fees 🤔 . Honestly one of the reasons I booked the hotel due to shuttle bus service which did not worked out for us.

Close to where we wanted to go. The breakfast was phenomenal!!! Beds were comfy.

The plug in, in our bathroom did not work. I always carry an extension cord, so I was able to get the blow dryer to work that way. I notified the front desk when we left and they said cthey would have it looked at. It was somewhat noisy, but then we were there for the car show at the Daytona Speedway and there were alot of hot rods.

The staff! I’ve been going there 3 years in a row and it’s unbelievable how nice the employees are.

It really needs a makeover. Although housekeeping does a good job your eyes can’t avoid seeing how old things are which makes you feel like it’s not clean.

Great overall experience. My only complaint is that I booked my stay with Booking.com and paid online. When I got to the hotel, they said I hadn't paid yet so I gave them my credit card to pay again and now have 2 charges on my card. I'm sure it will be corrected after I call a few times but it would have been nice to not have the extra hassle.

The room itself!

We were constantly rushed to get out exactly at 11am. My children and I were an hour and a half late checking out. The staff knocked on the door at least 5 different times rushing us out! Best Western called the police! We were very discussed being that it was one of the best hotels my children chose! And we've been there on several occasions and never had this issue The eggs for breakfast were also bad. Everything else was great. 😃

The big size of the room . A great and comfortable bed and pillows.

The first room we got did the room Keys not work, so we coulden't get in to the room. And in the hallway there was a lot of noise from some of the other rooms. Så we asked for another room since the keys diden't work anyway. But we got a New room and everything was great, and the keys to the New room worked without Any problems.

Location was great close to the Speedway for which I always attend the Rolex 24 and it's always nice to catch a little breakfast before heading out to the track.

I always like everything, it's my favorite place to stay for when I attend the Rolex 24 and have stayed here at Speedway Best Western many times for the Rolex 24.
