Marcell at the front desk was an example of how everyone should aspire to be perfect gentlemen! Kind, well mannered, attentive, and knowledgeable. The location was perfect for us close to visiting family. The room was clean and quiet.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Neither of us slept well all week. We brought our own pillows as always, but that did not help. Also, we are used to staying where breakfast is included, and this feature was an extra fee. I feel this is a great hotel for the business traveler or for those just passing through.

Always love the beds and pillows. My room on second floor, 245, the fan in the bathroom was VERY loud. Was pretty annoying. But other than that, I always enjoy the rooms.

When I checked in on Monday, Jan. 20th, at 3pm, the girl at the front desk was very rude. It was the way she spoke to me. Very unpleasant. I was in a great mood when I arrived, but was not when I went to my room. I didn't get her name, as she did not have a name tag. She gave me a paper to sign, fill out, and I gave it back to her and she threw it aside. She just didn't want to be there, I guess. I've worked in hospitality/tourism industry for many years and you don't treat your guests like that. The lady that checked me out was lovely. She said she was in the sales department. Thank you!

The location was great for my purpose. I liked that it had a bar and restaurant on the premises. It was very close to shopping and different places to eat.

No access to stairs from the outside which were on one side of the building near the pool area. You had to get staff to unlock the door to the stairs. The beds in rm#212 were very uncomfortable. My husband and I both awoke to body aches.

Very friendly staff even with super late check in, made sure that we have everything we needed, very knowledgeable and when checking out we were greeted warmly and asked if we needed anything else before we departed.

The queen beds were VERY uncomfortable they were like sleeping on wood, but this wouldn't deter me from staying here again

Excellent location. Very easy to get to and very centralized to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable.

No USB ports in room. The girl that checked us in was not very friendly nor welcoming. She mumbled and acted frustrated when I asked for clarification of what she was saying.

Convenience to I 95 and Buckees

My room needed work A new mattress would be great. Fix the carpet And try not to have people sleeping there prior to opening the door

Loved the staff! Super easy checking, very accommodating with floor changes to ensure I had a quiet area, had a big exam very early and they allowed me to do a late checkout so I could focus on that vs trying to pack my stuff and checkout.

So clean and so comfortable!

Check-in took forever to— more than 15 min. One person at desk awaiting service when we entered lobby. Clerk clearly untrained and overwhelmed by technology. Pleasant enough but the wait time really unpleasant after a day of road travel.

After staying at other locations in Daytona Beach this has become my go to location. It’s peaceful and located just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown. After multiple stays I have not had a single bad experience.

All of the employees were extremely helpful and very supportive . I checked in very late and this wonderful lady from Presque Isle, Maine was very friendly.
