The staff was awesome and the rooms were very clean. Free Parking is a great bonus as we have previously wasted hundreds of dollars on parking at other hotels that make it mandatory to pay a fee. The pet fees was also an acceptable price.

Other people staying were loud and did not care what time of the day it was. Very busy with many construction crews staying with way too many people in their rooms. Also, the door keys were not working so the staff had to let you in the room each time for re-entry.

Other than one staff member at the counter, the staff were wonderful especially the manager. She is fantastic. Beds are comfortable and plenty of anything you may need.

One of the staff members who I cannot remember their name at the counter doesn't work well under pressure or when alot of people are waiting. The floors were absolutely filthy and bought a mop, bucket and Lysol disinfectant to clean my floor. My feet were sticking to the floor. Yuck. The blinds were also broken and then the water line above me burst and flooded my room so they had to move me. But they did and the issue was resolved

The staff are great! Lexie went above & beyond when she dried my clothes because the dryer I put quarters in wasn't working. Also Rebecca went above and beyond helping me extend my stay with the perks discounts! Thank you ladies! Love that this hotel is only about 5 miles from the beach. When you turn onto Granada from the hotel, the road ends at the ocean, so sweet! The rooms are spacious and have a full kitchen, but if your not into cooking they have a cracker barrel next to the hotel. There is also a Walmart, Publix, gas stations, post office, banks and fast food very close by. They do offer a free breakfast of oatmeal, grits, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, muffins, cereal bars and coffee. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The rates are very good! They have perks and if you are staying awhile you can get some great discounts!

Wish they had a pool and wish there was a little more water pressure in the shower.

Clean and tidy rooms. Comfortable beds! Friendly staff. Good size refrigerator and nice little kitchen area.

The water pressure was very poor. Taking a shower took forever and since there was no handle that you could take and rinse the shower with a lot of lint, hairs etc just laid in there looking nasty. Also their key card system was down when we arrived which meant we had to find someone in the reception every time we wanted to go to our room. In the end we got one card to use.

It was clean, simple, and reasonably priced. It was also convenient to the things we wanted to see. Also, while there were other people around, we didn't see any known communists or members of the Democrat party (as far as we could tell.)

The bed was on the edge of being too soft, but it wasn't uncomfortable. The breakfast was coffee (they were out one day), and some prepackaged foods like granola bars. Price matters more than breakfast, but it was pretty anemic. This isn't the hotel's fault, I suppose, but the clients were REALLY noisy, early in the morning (5am). Sounded like kids jumping off the bed or people wrestling or somebody building a small wooden shed.

It was clean, convenient location

I paid more for my security deposit than I did for the room itself. There was also no information listed on the property when making the reservation that mentioned the deposit so I wasn’t prepared. There was another patron checking in when I was that said she had been coming there for years and had never had a deposit due and she also wasn’t too happy to hear it either. Other than that the stay was great.

I didn’t have much expectation for the price we booked, but when we entered the building, we saw a pretty new and modern building. Our room exceeded our expectation as well. It was very clean, it had everything we needed and even more. Other things could also be requested. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and some motels, too; it is very rare that I give 10/10. If price stays the same, I will keep booking at Extended Stay America in future as well.

There was nothing we did not like.

Staff friendly, entire hotel virtually spotless , beds newer and comfortable. Very safe feel, and area with lots of shopping and food nearby. Rooms have kitchenettes w large fridge, stove top and microwave and kitchen ware is avail upon request. Excellent.

Honest review of issues we encountered, neither would deter us to return. We will use this hotel again!! Breakfast lacking and same everyday. Packaged Muffins and granola bars or hard boiled eggs. Coffee. Entire hotel very warm, hallways, elevator and rooms were on sensors so if no movement it turns off and gets hit. Our room went to upper 80s and stayed that way for over 4 hours after our return. I get it's to save money but it made for uncomfortable sleep.

The staff was excellent from the time we came until to the time we left. The breakfast Continental I enjoyed yogurt, nutrition bar and the hot cereal with a muffin but don't forget the tea also hot chocolate to. The housekeeping was excellent as Ms. Teresa was excellent housekeeping staff

I can not complain about nothing at all. Everything was excellent with excellent manner always willing to help you.

The room was exceptionally clean....loved the kitchen! The staff was friendly and helpful. If you need something, whether it's a shape knife, dishes or even a coffee pot, you just go down to the front desk and ask. They're very accommodating! You feel safe there which is very important to us.

Maybe just a bold coffee at breakfast for anyone who likes a stronger coffee.
