The room

The new key cards are a joke, it took three times of getting new cards and a staff member to finally get a card that would work. They need a different way to get in the rooms then laying a card on the pad, there was a lot of problems with alot of people using their cards to get in the rooms.

The rooms are a great size, the beds are super comfortable, and the shower is amazing! Breakfast was also great, and they had coffee all day. The location is also perfect! There's different food spots to choose from and a publix right across the street! This will absolutely be our go-to place when visiting the area! We stayed at 3 different hotels, and this by far was the absolute best stay we didn't want to leave.

Our room key gave us some trouble, but they fixed the issue. We also had housekeeping walk right into our room, which was startling but just a simple mix-up. Overall great stay!

The location was great because there were many restaurants right around there. Octavia checked me in and answered all my questions. The reception person in the morning was also great, unfortunately I forgot her name.

The breakfast was very skimpy but at least it wasn’t a bag of granola bars. Just some cereal, Oatmeal packets, and waffles. The only place I’ve been able to get a hot breakfast is La Quinta in Texas.

Easy check in and out. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and available extra towels and washcloths. The pool was nice, too. Old towels and garbage picked up promptly. Available ♿️ parking.

The breakfast was adequate. I would like to see grit packages, eggs, turkey sausage and/or bacon on the menu. The mattress on the bed was hard. It gave me a backache. Perhaps toppers would be good.

Octavia, the front desk cleek, was great. She went above and beyond for me. She made my stay there great. I will come back all because of her. I loved the price as well and the location close to the beach and eating places. My room was comfortable and very clean. Very friendly staff and great room service.

The beds were comfortable. I liked the pocket door as it saved room between the bathroom and the sink. It was very clean.

The front desk people were very friendly but not very fast at checking everyone in. They seemed to need help from other colleagues. Some people had to come back to get their keys redone, although we didn't have a problem.

I understand it is pet friendly, but I should have been told the third floor is no pets. We were on the second floor and there were non responsible pet owners beside us, that left them unattended and they kept barking. But the staff moved us the next day to the third floor. And breakfast is very minimal.

The closeness to multiple stores, and the beach. It was quiet.

Microwave didn’t work well, as well as the hair dryer, and one lamp. House keeping was none existent while I was there a week. Found a hair that wasn’t mine in the shower.

Nice hotel, staff is excellent. I have been there several times and they recognized me each and every time. Great location, comfortable and clean.

I like all the conveniences of it's location. The staff that we interacted with was helpful and polite, especially Michelle on the desk.

That rooms were very dated, one of our rooms the wall literally had pieces falling off, our other room the AC had issues as well as some electrical issues. One room was cleaned better than the other when we checked in. Breakfast could have had better options, and the area could have been cleaned more than once.
