Omar was very helpful in room assignment for each of the 5 rooms we had prior to our cruise. We had 4 rooms following our cruise that i had mistakenly booked handicapped accessible. He was able to reassign us and in a very short time. He was exceptionally kind and cheerful throughout. Also the Housekeeping Supervisorwent over and above her responsibilities to return to our room to check for some items of clothing I thought I thought I had left. She was very busy at the time but didn't grumble, just had me hold the line, and she went to check herself. So professional and yet so kind. We had great breakfasts and the wait staff were also pleasant and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and will very likely return again to this hotel just because of the way we were treated by the staff.

The property was under renovation (which we were notified before) we booked. It was a little inconvenient to have only the use of one elevator in a busy hotel but it was understandable and even the trades people we pleasant and kept the noise between 9:00 am and 6 pm.

We loved the location. Our flight was late and the shuttle only runs till 11pm. But the taxi ride was short and check in was fast. The breakfast was GREAT, lots of food and variety. Many nice places to eat outside as well. They held our luggage till cruise time as well so we hung out at the pool till then. Shuttle to the ship was $9 per person plus tip. And they were super nice. The staff was great too

It was frustrating that the airport shuttle to the hotel ended at 11pm. Getting a taxi for our large group took some time! A homeless guy hung out at the pool all day. He was nice enough and did not bother us much. He wanted to talk to my grand daughters till i gave him the mean Grandpa eye. But mostly we had a lot of fun swimming.

I was very pleased with the breakfast provided. My husband has milk allergies and I was extremely happy to see soy and almond milk provided for their guests, without having to request it.

the brkfst room was quite nice; food yummy with nice selection. the happy hour in the evening was ok,,, price and selections were great,,, could have offered some complimentary snacks (easy stuff ,, vegs or chips or mix snacks) ,,, especially with that nice brkfst room so close. The room layouts were great ,,, just need to update the brown/orange color scheme! comfortable rooms ... couch worn; bed very comfortable . Staff very professional, super nice, friendly, and helpful.

the color scheme is very out dated and makes the hotel appear dingy!! The bathroom was dark with only one light. The toilet was very very low to the ground; almost kid size!

Good location. Very close to cruise port and many shops and restaurants nearby.

Most of the staff was amazing and helpful! Others not so much 🙄 ..it was close to stores & restaurants.wish the map was a little more detailed

The breakfast waitstaff was unpleasant & unhelpful. The couch was stained and worn . Sheets where very corse on the skin and made for and uncomfortable night sleep. The smoking area should be moved from the front of building it's unsightly and the smell from it coming in and out is not inviting

Early check-in by friendly and helpful staff greatly appreciated. Also helpful at other times. Room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows, shower towels, O.K. Coffee making facilities with sink, but no wipes to clean up. Refrigerator but noisy motor. Close to nearby shopping Centre and short walk to nearby restaurants. Suitable for 1-2-night stays. Paid airport shuttle.

Design of bedrooms could have been better. Poor variety of TV channels, little option re movies apart from pay-per-view. Reasonable breakfast options, juice, cereals, eggs, waffles, fruits, muffins and breads. A little chaotic on the Monday, school holiday period, when breakfast room ran out of knives and spoons and bacon for half an hour. I had to eat cereals with a fork. Noisy exhaust fan in bedroom next door. Safety deposit box at floor level not acceptable. Light over bathroom mirror inadequate.

The room was large and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was convenient. The only thing I didn’t like was the Avanti shuttle, they left us hanging at the airport. However, when I told management at the hotel about it the manager Ciara Burton went the extra mile to procure a complimentary shuttle to the cruise port for my group.

The shower had way too high water pressure. It was almost painful.

From the time I walked in the door till I checked out. Every staff member I interacted with was awesome, from helping me get a room to accommodate me. Then ordering food over the phone and picking it up customer service top tier (so helpful). Check out, the best for last. Well let's just say I know what I'll be binge watching once I make it home. I wish I got their names. Excellent Excellent Excellent is the service they provided. To the manager or supervisor, happy employees show excellent leadership.

Breakfast was good. The place was crowded but there was enough food , utensils, plates and room to sit for every one. The staff refilled very quickly and opened a meeting for more seating. The staff were quick to clear tables for the next people when customers were not good enough to do it them selves. The pool was clean and nice The shuttle service to tghe cruise port was excellent friendly, efficient and suprisingly affordable
