The central location was a perk. CVS was around the corner and Marshall’s and other convenient stores were in the plaza next door. The towels were changed and the rooms cleaned daily. I had booked two rooms to accommodate my children & mother in law. I liked the complimentary shampo, conditioner & body wash that were good quality and that the rooms came with a microwave and fridge and iron and ironing board. The pool area looked good and was functional. The staff was friendly and accommodating and were very willing to assist.

The door to the entrance of the property looked old and dirty. The lobby area could do with some upgrades and there were limitations to purchasing items in the lobby. Only card payments were accepted. Although we were advised breakfast was available up to 10 am on most days of the week every morning by 9 am the breakfast items were packed up and the area closed off. During my two week stay for the first week yoghurt and fruits were available but by week two those options were missing. There was no complimentary water in the rooms. The Wi-Fi was mostly unstable and unpredictable.

The room was clean and offered a comfortable amount of space. The included breakfast, while not a top-tier buffet, was satisfactory and provided a good start to the day.

The air conditioner could benefit from improved cooling performance. The pool was unfortunately closed for the duration of our stay, and the in-room microwave did not function consistently. In Room 410, the shower curtain rod was loose, causing the curtain to bunch toward the center; an easy fix that would improve the guest experience.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first being in Oct 2018. It felt right at home to me. I was pleasantly surprised given the reviews I had seen prior. Not discounting anyone’s experience but come and stay for yourself. Obviously it’s not 5 star but it definitely gave more than we paid in our opinion. Housekeeping was done everyday on our 7 night stay. The location was PERFECT!! The staff were so kind and helpful. I feel very comfortable here and I definitely look forward to staying again!

The breakfast was fine but could be a bit better, maybe switch up the choices often. The hot items in the pans had to be reheated.

Breakfast can be upgraded two turkey sausage or turkey not everyone eat pork

Not everyone eats pork it’s about time to upgrade to turkey sausage, as well as not everyone eats oatmeal. What about instant grits?

I like the hotel in all it was clean and nice made me feelat home the breakfast was nice. The all day coffee station was great.

It one very rude team member there she was offal her nail is Gail she works most mornings she should not be dealing with customers.

The place is very clean and not stink and dirty like the plaza hotel,only problem the carpeting in the hallway can be more well kept and deodorize.They have security, no vagrants or homeless people or people smoking or noise unlike the plaza hotel I was use to going.I recommend it and this will be my go to from now on.thank you 👏👏👏👏👏

I loved the room , the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had hot and cold water. I liked that they had Chromecast tv's where you could stream stuff from your phone to watch on the tv, the channels provided were also pretty versatile for anyone. I loved the receptionist area it was very clean and quiet. I loved that they are right next to a CVS so if you don't like the prices of their snacks and food they offer you could just walk to CVS.

I didn't like the A/C unit, it was sparking in my room which was very off putting. The WIFI was very slow, so when I casted a show to the tv it kept buffering. But the WIFI was good enough to do my school work so it was manageable. Ice machine was out .

Almost everything was fine. Room was clean, bed was comfy, facility in general was reasonably well-maintained. Free breakfast was pretty standard with waffles, yogurt, toast, dry cereal (we ate elsewhere).

Noisy in the morning...leaf blower in the parking lot started about 730 AM (on a Tuesday...so a work day).

Close by to all store I went shopping in

Exterior painting and maintenance around the building and the queen size bed could be bigger nd pillows need to change and we could use a bit more viewing
