It was great!

My room had an old odor to it.. like a moldy smell.

Room was large and was equipped with fridge, micro wave and dishwasher. Beds were comfortable Absolutely not art work on the walls. We used this as our stop before our cruise and was a day before the cruise. Was very close to the cruisport. Taxi did not have a van so we used Uber and the price was excellent. Price from the airport in taxi was pricey - included luggage charge. Free breakfast was surprisingly edible and actually good. Great coffee.

Breakfast was great. Hot meals (scrambled eggs and sausages), bread and bagels were available as well as waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, tea, hot chocolate mix and coffee. The location is close to the Tri-Rail station for easy connections from MIA or FLL. There are several restaurants in the general area and it is close to major roadways. There are also bus stops nearby if one does not have access to a vehicle. Uber and Lyft are also options.

I had to cancel my initial booking while checking in as an issue was encountered. I eventually had to rebook for 3 nights on booking.com in order to get into the room as I was being offered a higher rate at the counter. Two days later, I extended my stay by 3 days at the desk because I was told that I couldn't extend my stay via booking.com and if I reserved another 3 days via booking.com, i would be charged a second deposit fee by the hotel. In the end, it worked out to a bit more than my initial 6-night reservation, but not exorbitantly so.

Room very well dotaded of everything possible , such as a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a TV (although I should noticed that I could not turned On), and a very ample room.

The room felt like a little studio home (King Studio with Kitchenette), it was spacious and well equipped for our long-weekend stay. The whole hotel felt and was nice and clean, beautifully renovated. Very convenient location just off the highway. The jakuzzi with thermal water was something you don't see often. We had good breakfast which was included with our stay, the coffee was tasty and kept fresh throughout the day. The fitness room looked good.

Parking at night was a little bit of a challenge, especially on Saturday, but the night guard was kind enough to let us in the parking area behind the hotel which was otherwise closed for renovation.

I was insanely surprised at how nice this property was. Our room had a sliding door and we had a view of the pool and hot tub, which was really nice and clean. Our beds were super comfy and very clean. And let me tell you about the front desk staff- SUPERIOR!! There was 2 ladies, one with a gold ankh and braids, who was incredibly sweet and accommodating. The other young lady had long brown hair and a facial piercing. She was also very sweet and accommodating. Honestly, your management should give you both a raise!!! You ladies were so warm and kind that it made me want y’all to teach hospitality lessons to other hotels. We stayed at the Double Tree Hilton first and we missed our flight so staying here was a last minute decision before taking our flight the next day. These ladies far outperformed the $250 hotel we stayed at with their genuine service. Fresh coffee constantly made in the lobby with fresh lemon water. Quiet property and we even noticed a security guard at night walking the property. Convenient location to many things. Would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend highly!!

Always a nice hotel to stay at. The front desk worker was nice and welcoming. The location was great. There were restaurants within walking distance.

The only thing was the construction that was going on. I booked the room last year in Sept. or Oct and construction was still going on. I read other reviews about construction that was going on but I thought they would have been done by the time we got there. It was only a problem bc of the passengers that was with me had problems walking a distance, so the entrance was rerouted to another entrance that wasn't handicap sufficient.

The breakfast was very good. They had sausage, eggs, and potatoes along with the continental breakfast. The bed was extra comfy. Clean towels every day and clean room. The hotel overall was clean and welcoming.

One ice machine and it was located on the 3rd floor. Broken elevator in the back so we had to walk to the front to go up to the 3rd floor. Pool was filled with leaves and dirt but it was cleaned a short time later and the spa could use a deep clean or paint. It looked a little greenish.
