One night stopover to break a long drive. Hotel is in good location close to I95. Loads of parking, very simple check in and nice bar / outside seating area. We didn’t use the pool but it was a very decent size with lots of sun beds. All staff we encountered at checkin, bar and breakfast were excellent.

Just a personal thing but I hate net curtains and they were in the bedroom. They just look awful in my opinion and really date any room.

We arrived early around 10 am our room was not ready but they took our luggage and offered us a coupon for Breakfast, It was very good as were the burgers we ordered that night. Room was ready after we ate and large enough for our needs, comfy bedding and roll in shower and min fridge were appreciated. Staff was very nice

Hotel is further than expected from cruise terminal at port everglades. The $40 charge each way for transportation from airport to hotel and to / from cruise port negated the savings of staying here. A little too much street noise was heard and interrupted sleep. Outside speakers were much too loud. s

You could have made it clearer that you would take a 50 dollar deposit against any damage, i was told I'd get it back when I checked out but that didn't happen, still not had the refund even though was no damage and i do have pictures to prove that!!

Breakfast was buffet , already paid , included in the room price But dinning room people , for 5 days after breakfast was almost done came to us with bill and request for the tip This is normal ???? We traveled a lot - this is a first time someone in the buffet asked for tip or demanding the tip On the last day was different people no one came with the bill This is very DISAPPOINTED and UPSET

rooms were a bit run down. pillows were awful and so flat. beds had a permanent dip in the mattress and weren’t very comfortable. Needs new mattresses and pillows throughout the hotel.

Beds, pillows, and staff were excellent. However, the property was dated and a little dingy. Everything above the lobby appeared overdue for complete renovation. Not what I have come to expect from Westin. The Westin "Signature Fragrance" was over-powering in the lobby.

I liked the room, although it was a little noisy beacuse of the highway. I found the hotel staff friendly at teh reception.

I did not like the staff at the breakfast, did not brought everything it was asked, I need to ask for a coffee twice and a juice, and when my family joined me at the breakfast the waiters did not brought or asked if there were need for milk, coffee or juice. I stringly recommend this hotel to provide beverages at the breakfast for people to serve, or else you take your breakfast and noone appears to bring you coffee.

Outdated decor. Booked two king rooms. Got one king and 2 queens. No bell staff. Had to schlep our own bags.
