The staff are amazing and very kind. The inside of the hotel is very clean and staff are so. Accommodating.
Breakfast is never there anymore, the only thing they have is coffee and a few other things, but apparently the key is never left for the main breakfast items. There are a lot of families who depend on that because they live here and can’t afford a lot of food for breakfast. It would be better to have extra for the people that take too much and don’t appreciate it. The pool is beyond help, it’s broken and yet to be fixed and the water is murky and dirty, the customers cant even enjoy a swim in the hot weather.

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly ahelpful. helpful.
We came in after 8 pm and had to wait until the next morning to get kitchen items and bedding for the pullout bed. I feel we should have been able to receive the items when we checked in. It was a little inconvenient, but nothing against the staff, I just think the policy in a whole just be changed to accommodate late check in.

no cooking utensils in the room made several trips to the front desk for dishes pots and pans but they kept telling me to come back but when I went back they still didn’t have any with the price that was paid every room should be accommodated with what they need especially when it’s in their accommodation list. so never received any. they don’t have enough to accommodate the customer. I asked for something to load my things on I was told they only had three and they were being used. everything that I asked for they I never got it. they got their money but I couldn’t get what I paid or what was advertised in the booking. other than that everything was good

Adequate considering these are suites with their own stove, refrigerator µwave for people’s own food.
Wanted to use the fitness area and it would not accept my key card to open the door. Staff couldn’t answer why that happened.

The swimming pool. It was value for money. The room was clean and it just felt like a home.

I was able to come in and out without having to deal with so much surrounding foot traffic. Parking was always available and close to entry.
Some of the neighboring checks in were loud at late hours of the night during last couple of nights.

The people working the front desk Kevin and Karla are amazing and so friendly. I felt like they cared about me as a person. The manager was also so eager to help.

Location, price and staff.
Needs some work in the room, water pressure, WiFi and more handicap parking. But worth returning.
