I know it was spring break but, young people were out of control. They do not believe in quiet time and were playing music until, 2:00 and 3:00 o clock in the morning. They were also drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana. They left garbage all over the place. That was the only part that ruined the vacation. On the other side, our complex had the air conditioning unit out of whack staying on for the whole night and early into the morning. Our smoke detector had low batteries and it would beep on and off, all these issues affected our sleeping and relaxation. I call and left a message with the company but, some issues were unresolved. I have stay here before and had not experienced any of these issues. Thank you for your time and attention.

Easy quick check in, clean rooms, super comfy beds, and perfect kitchenette for longer stays. Comes with plenty of towels and sheets for all of your guests. The AC works phenomenally. Probably one of the best apartment hotels I’ve stayed at. We had a group of 10, and the accommodations were perfect for our family. Even the oil out couch was used by one of our group members. Everyone loved this stay.

Other guests screaming and partying in the pool area in the middle of the night. Had to ask them to stop because people and children were sleeping and it was almost 2am.

I liked everything, my son and I had a very pleasant experience at Bayview Regency Apartments and we didn't want to leave. The kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment is nice and comfortable. The manager, Yessica, is exceptional, she helped us resolve all the requests and after we had checked out, I received an email with a photo of something very important that I forgot in the room. She kept it for me until I could go pick it up. The neighborhood is incredible because it's beautiful and you have everything very close, even the beach! I would return without a doubt!

Easy check-in and check-out. Easy parking with plenty of spots. Short drive to the Lauderdale-of-the-Sea pier. Quiet neighborhood. Cold AC. Beach towels and extra blankets/pillows were provided. Simple, neat, and clean place. Smart TV in the living room and both bedrooms.

Although a coffee maker, filters, and a kettle were included, no coffee grounds or tea bags were provided. The couch was a little tight for 4 people. Given that the unit can accommodate up to 8 people, it'd be nicer with some additional seating (e.g., loveseat, armchair, etc.) Loud garbage truck pick-up on a Tuesday morning (we were on the first floor, and trash bins were right outside the window) The conditioner was not really a conditioner. It was very watered down. It felt more like hand soap. The shower water pressure couldn't be adjusted and could be too strong for some people.

getting in was probably the worst part. I wasn't given a code to enter until i got there and called. The code was suppose to be given to me the day befor I arrived. The lock on the door was a key pad, blank w no numbers until you touch it. only if you hit the first number you will be let in. If you don't hit the first number, it will light up but you haven't hit the first number. you must guess where the first number is on the blank screen. It was annoying.

Location, felt like home

The use of the laundry facilities was unavailable as the app required a valid mobile number If the app is catering for visitors,it should be country inclusive A wares drainer in the kitchen to store washed items

Price, location, and the room size. The shower pressure was amazing.

Well, a few things. It's the second year I stay, so that means a lott. Firstly, one of two bathroomswase renovated. The non renovated bathroom desperately needs a facelift. The non working fan lets the humidity accumulate in the bathroom, and there seems like mold growing. The pool was great on day 1, but by day 5, the water started to get murky, and by day 7, we couldn't see the bottom. Seems like the filter wasn't working, as there was no water jet. We were four people sharing the apartment, and this year, the towerls were an issue. .... not enough.....and I did ask for more towels, but we just got 2 more ( shower towels).... last year, we had 4 shower towels and 2 beach towels each.... towels are important, as we took two showers per day.....and 1 towel each, just wasn't enough.

Rooms were nice. Location is good. Staff that were working were very friendly. Pool toys available for everyone to use. Onsite laundry was nice to have.

The pool & pool furniture are way overdue for updates! We weren’t able to relax in the lounge chairs by the pool bc they were broken and wouldn’t stay in a sitting up position. When you sit on the side of the pool, you get paint chips all over your legs.

The apartment was very clean. The extra space having two bedrooms was great. Owners were very responsive when we called. Pool temperature was nice. Every time we came in, even if it was a bit late, there was a place to park.

The apartment had a few simple matenance issues that could have been taken care of before we got there, and the owner did say he would come and fix them. Trash trucks came very early and were a bit loud. Not a smoke free complex.

We liked how spacious it was and that it was very cosy
