The property was very close to where I was visiting some friends that I haven’t seen in a long time. I did find the property, the room and the general grounds to be in good condition and clean. There was a guest directly above me for some reason in the late evening it sounded like they were re-raging all the furniture so I’m not sure what was going up there in room 309.

The staff was very accommodating and the room was nice and spacious

The property was under construction so the main entrance was blocked, the pool was off limits, there was an elevator out of order and breakfast consisted of choosing one item and a beverage (coffee was not one of the choices) instead of the traditional “buffet” style. There was no microwave in the room, so if you wanted to heat something up, you had to go to the lobby to do so.

The room was very spacious, including the bathroom which I appreciated because we were in the area for a wedding so it was nice to have the extra space to get ready. I would say it was close to several good places to eat and the beach. It also had plenty parking space so overall it was a nice place to stay at. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast is not included so we drove to a bakery nearby (there's several Italian bakeries around)

The late night staff wasn’t a happy person. We checked out @2:30 am and people were waiting outside to check in and he acted like it was an inconvenience! Not a happy camper like we woke him up!

I booked two rooms to spend time at the beach before heading on my cruise. I chose this location due to the beach being close. Unfortunately, it rained, I didn't make it to the beach however, we were not far from the outlet which I loved. The cleanliness of the rooms were great, with meticulous attention given to even the smallest details - fresh, crisp linens, sparkling bathrooms, and dust-free surfaces. The hotel's staff, was very helpful and friendly. Every employee, from the front desk personnel to the housekeeping team, exuded warmth and professionalism, offering prompt assistance with a genuine smile.

We only stayed one night, but enjoyed the pool, hot tub and had friends join us for drinks at the bar and some snacks- it was a perfect location to where we needed to be.

There was a huge pigeon on our balcony and had to have our room moved- That room was a suite, and they moved us to a room facing the pool and it was a much smaller room. Not enough space to have our friends to the room.

Nice hotel

Staff did not respond when booking.com.said that pool would be open, when we called and hotel said it was not open. Contacted the hotel and got no response. That's why I wouldn't rate it a 10. Staff was great when we were there, but leasing up to it, couldn't get a response

The location was great and the staff was very pleasant especially at the front desk, and the cooks in the restaurant were awesome! Food was delicious the breakfast!

The lunch and dinner selection in the restaurant and way too expense for a full chicken salad 20 bucks and very small, that was terrible!

It was clean friendly atmosphere checking in and out very fast and easy.

When we got there pool was under construction which was the main reason we choose here. The manager did however offer us a solution so that was a plus . They just need to the customers know a head of time .

The property is under major renovations which I knew, the staff was wonderful, the room exceptionally clean! Other than the exterior being hard to find the entrance/lobby I had a great stay!

Pool and outdoor area is unusable but I was traveling for business so it didn’t matter to me
