They were very accommodating and helpful. It's a small motel but clean and comfortable. Some of the furnishings are old and worn but functional. The pool is small but clean and in a very pleasant garden setting with lounges and picnic tables with umbrellas. They loaned us chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach which was really nice. Very "old Florida" feeling. It was a quick walk to the beach, and an easy "Circuit" ride to the center of town.

The room was upstairs on the second floor so the luggage was a challenge but the wonderful gentleman in the office assisted us with it. The TVs in the room would only get 1 channel, but it was late in the evening when we discovered this so they didn't have a chance to rectify the situation. The kitchen was a bit low in dishes and equipment but we only stayed one day so no biggie. The parking is very limited.

LOCATION was great for grocery, dollar tree, coffee and BEACH. walk to all in 3 min! simple toys, beach chairs, umbrellas available first come.

Small and what I call "charming". Quiet, clean and nice outdoor sitting area. Little kitchenette had all we needed. Beach access is close, about 2 blocks ..Pretty close to shops and dining. This area has transportation that is easy and "free" just a donation given.

Beds are full size, but there were two in each room. So if husband is a bed hog, you might want to use 2nd bed for yourself! Lol. Mattresses were a little too firm for me

You have pubic near down 3 block some restaurant ice cream place to be grateful for the kids would love it. Just to get there mide off about 3 blo walk. Lol . Place at entrance may be very small .but rooms roomy clean and you have amenities near buy.

The entrance abit small. But the location great. And parking not far too small and if you have guest you have to pay and worries about if that area you parked your car will tow your car.. they don't tell you that at hotel.

I love the location the room was so nice the scenery was beautiful

I don’t like that there is only staff between 10-5 God forbid you had a late flight or locked yourself out your room or if something happened you have no help at all

Location, cleanliness, size of facility. Based on time we arrived, only saw staff in the morning and they were helpful.

The air freshener in the room when we arrived was literally overpowering. We disconnected it, went out for dinner, and when we returned it was tolerable. I'd recommend turning that down prior to anticipated arrivals.

The price, location, cleanliness, staff were friendly and helpful. It was quite there despite being the 4th of July. Plus I had my toes in the sand looking at the ocean in less than 3 minutes walking. Also a quick walk to an array of eateries and drinks for everyone small and big.

I really can’t complain because it really did exceed all of my expectations for the price but the pics of the kitchenette were miss leading…. However it wasn’t an issue since we were busy enjoy the sights and activities.

It was clean, air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, and it had a kitchen. I lived in the area for many years, and it was very close to Lauderdale by The Sea and restaurants and also shops. I would definitely stay there again.

If I really had to say something, it's that there was no clock in the room, but that's all I can say I didn't like.

Kind of a hidden gem. Cute outdoor area with a nice pool. The walk to the beach was fast and stress free. Rooms were spacious and had everything we wanted. We even arrived hours early and they took care of us.

Being close to the road there was occasional noise but nothing terrible.
